Righteousness89:Excuse me sir! @the bolded. I think you need some sleep. When you wake up, you'll probably type something more meaningful. Christianity is a religion. There's no argument about that. Unfortunately, most of the people we have today parading themselves as practising Christianity are actually practising denominationalism, "churchiism", congregationalism and dogmatism. |

Kenplay:Good that you are quitting religion! Jesus Christ extends an invitation to You! Religion kills but Jesus saves. Become a member of God's family. This present evil world is not controlled by God but by Satan and it will soon be over for good but things are still to get worse. The end times are on us. Satan brought religion into the world not God. Please allow Jesus into your life! |

Kenplay:You guys always miss the full meaning of religion. It doesn't say lsam or Christianity or Buddhism, etc. But any belief or something you are devoted to; can be categorized as religion. You must not belong to the popular ones. Before you fulfil a religious person. Right now I can classify you as someone who has changed religion or belief. |

[quote author=HappyPagan post=90806992]Are you happy? If Jesus was all you needed in this life, you won't be here daily, pouring your repetitive bile on every front page thread. All your head is full of memory verse and Jesus Christ. I'm just curious - do you have a life outside the Bible? Without speaking about the Bible, can you hold a three minute conversation on any topic? You see, you have become like the Pharisees and Saduccees who wore their religion for all to see - so they could be counted, so men could praise them. They screamed loudest that they knew God, yet when God stood in human form before them, they failed im. Hope the Christ mind in you doesn't see this as an attack, rather just a piece of advice - admittedly maybe unwanted Antichrist spotted |

Kenplay:Winner chapel, employs over 25,000 people in Nigeria alone, more than some States, so Christian institutions actually creat employment opportunities. Now lemme introduce, you to Christianity, which is not a religion but a way of life, Christianity is Spiritual, you only see God, if you have faith that he exist and you diligently seek him. You came to being because an intelligent creator (God) created you and put you on this intelligently designed planet, i have experienced God through Jesus Christ, and so if you will only believe, you will experience him too |

[s] Votukpa:[/s] Complete nonsense! Jesus was charged with the crime of blasphemy and sedition and was killed by the government (Roman authority- Cesar) He didn't die for anyone's sins and no one can. Early theologians in their mischievousness and imaginations formulated all those nonsense about him dying for their sins since sacrifices of the highest purities which they think Jesus represents is the highest gift they can give to the God in their IMAGINATIONS since. Since the act of sacrifice was Normal then. Remember the story of cane and able, Abraham etc. The theologians felt that a good man and a great teacher shouldn't and died like that and there must have been a reason... So they came up with that rubbish. Even Jesus himself will be amazed by such foggery and bullshîts |

Almighty God Warning! (O disbelievers!) Eat and enjoy yourselves (in this worldly life) for a little while. Verily, you are the guilty. (Quran 77:46) |

Kenplay:some times i wonder why churches build 150000 capacity buildings when such resources could be used to invested in the agricultural industry or textile industry in Nigeria where a pact is agreed with the federal government and lots of jobs would be created will not only benefit the citizens but also the church because of the heavy returns that would come from it. But, they prefer to build walls that would bring in more tithers. |
