P0302 Cylinder 2 misfire detected.
P0403 Exhaust gas recirculation control circuit...
is it advisable to just save up and change car engine or fix issues ? how much should I budget to fix or buy new engine?

Good day let me start with P0302 - this can be corrected by checking the plug, the coil and the fuel injector.
P0403 - This is your EGR Solenoid it will prolly be the valve or your charcoal canister
But if you need further explanation call me.

Car gurus pls what could be the issue with my 2013 Hyundai Tucson, it's pushing out fuel (vomiting) when filling-in fuel, the sales guy at the filing station had to be dispensing litle by litle and it took 30mins to dispense just 4k fuel. The issue started yesterday, the car was bought new 4 years ago and has had no issues at all.

Na to loosen the whole tank and EVAP system to check. By the way is the Tucson an American spec?
If yes, I suspect EVAP systems and tank vent system problem.
