Don't worry bro. The narrative will soon change. Lol.

Prior to Dan Sales. TherealMcCain was pointing out that even if you list the domain in Onitsha main market. The buyer needs to create Epik Account to receive his domain.

He the seller needs to convince the buyer to create account in Epik for easier push immediately he made the purchase or contact Epik staff (Rob or Tony) to do that since they're good in helping people close sales.

Pointing the Domain to Dan Market place will also results to Dan staff convincing the enduser to create epik accounts before Domain Push.


Assuming the Domain was pointed to Afternic, the seller won't receive his funds until after 60 days lock before Domain is transferred to desirable registra of Enduser..


Please, you may not like some people mode of approach in everything.

But sometimes, we guys should always try to read in between the lines or move on if the post irritates you.

Reduce price and outbound.

Been doing this for a while and it seems to work.

Rather than just tell a client that you reduced the price because they can't afford it (work pretty well though), let them know you're giving out an end-of-the-month promo or discount.

Everybody loves a promo and it allows your potential buyer to think he's getting a good deal because of the promo.

This method also allows you as a seller to sell cheap or choose any price you want without "cheapening" the value of your domain... Especially when you want to revert the price back to its former price for any reason.


Same applies to the beginning of the month. ..

You called those guys out with the intention to do your usual “call out and bash” and not to help newbies as you claimed.

No this wasnt what happned.

1.The name was listed on Epik marketplace. Buyer wanted to make an Offer, Epik asked for registration

2.Buyer does not want to register inorder to make an offer

3.OP reaches out to me & I tell him to ask the house because i dont know which of the matketplace to buy/make offers without registration

4.OP is told by ken to list on DAN & send the link to the buyer. Ken does not state whether DAN requires registration or not

5.I pointed this crucial fact out

6.Frank with comprehension issues jumps in to accuse me that i claim not to know what DAN is or how to list there
