What full story? If you aren’t dumb , you’d see where I was discussing it with someone here couple of days ago,

What’s even crazy is you mentioned me and I clarified it

Not one time did I advised anyone to buy tickets and yet you accuse me of trying to mislead people ??

What exactly is your problem ? angry

Thank you very much

I appreciate!!

Yes, it's okay. Having more funds than you require is to your advantage.

Note: If your funds don't go below the required funds at any point during the 28 day count prior to your online application submission, it doesn't matter if you add more funds.
But if the funds go below the required funds prior to adding more money / at any point during the 28-day count or if you are adding more money because your funds have already dropped below what you need, you'd need to start your 28-day count again from the point (the day after the new deposit) where you had the complete funds or more.

Hi,
I think it is down to how you prove to the school that you need to take a second M.sc and to show it is an academic progression which is what the UKVI is after.
Once that is achieved and you get your CAS you are good to go. Mind you , if that is your plan you have to start early and finish your new application before the old BRP expires.

Look at @mimilyrics notes on Long route to ILR (10years), if you switch routes (your MSc and specialist course won't count).

I hope this helps

Good evening everyone
I have a question that i'd like to ask please
I am currently rounding up my MSc in Education this September and will like to apply for a more specialist course in teaching and learning for resumption in January 2021.
I'd like to ask if I can go ahead and apply and what my chances would be in terms of getting a new tier 4 visa, especially as this is a second MSc program.
Thanks

Hello here,

For those of you that will need to paying tuition fee and other payment for university, don't pay any agent to do that, do it yourself. You can use companies like Transferwise they have one of the best exchange rate in the world. Look it up. Always do your research too.

Thank you!

Transferwise doesn't allow you to send money from Nigeria to the UK.
The Form A process is still the most-cost effective way to pay tuition fees and admission deposits.

I have actually used Transferwise to send money to the UK multiple times.
Though you will need to fund your Transferwise
account using your ATM (master card, verve) card details. But the challenge here is, CBN capped our international Spending limit ON OUR NIGERIAN CARDS @ $500
Per month. I needed to send over £1k so what I did was to use multiple Cards to fund my Transferwise account.
Some parts of the money didnt drop into My Transferwise Account as I needed to proof why funding with multiple cards and what the money was meant for.
So I mailed back with detailed explanations with pictures as proofs to show my relationship with the card owners. Then I was cleared. In my opinion it’s not the best way to go. It takes time (2 to 3) days to process your deposit except you have been funding your account for quite a while or you are able to get someone to fund your Transferwise account from the Uk.(Once you open a Transferwise account, you automatically get a GBP bank account number) I hope this helps.

Please, I will be printing my bank account statement by month end. I also plan booking my TB test and embassy interview in such a way that they happen one day apart to save cost of extra nights in hotel or travelling to Lagos twice because I stay in the East, which is quite far.

Is this a good idea? For those of you who are in Lagos and have recently booked for the test, is there any rush? Will it make sense to come to Lagos twice so that I don't get unnecessarily delayed, just incase there is rush at the TB test centre?

Has any official date been announced for the opening of the British embassy for tier 4 applicants?

I use TransferWise sometimes to receive money.
Of course I understand the process by which you can fund your TransferWise GBP, or EUR account using the details they provide.
But that is basically making an online payment using your naira denominated card (you authorise TransferWise to debit your card just like in any online transaction, except that in this case the money is now used to fund your TransferWise account and not to pay a merchant for goods or services purchased).

It's the same as giving your school your card details to debit you if you have a foreign-currency denominated card, but which is not a solution to those seeking to pay school fees or tuition deposits from their naira accounts.

You have answered it all. No amount of travels in ensuring that you get it right is wasteful. I advice you go get your TB test and then return for Visa application

If there is no clear guidelines from UK, I won't advice anyone to resume for online classes. The network is poor in Nigeria, seeing is believing when you come over here, the peaceful environment will even accelerate your brain to learn and study fast, while gathering your UK work experience at the same time.

But Once you start with online classes, it may be difficult to convert online class to real life class at the end of the day, and they may just ask you to come over for your graduation in UK at the end of your study.

Keep your money and learn a skill while waiting for the goodnews.
Car wash, Electrician job, hair dresser, Barbing, etc
Though this is for US. Prospective
UK applicants should also watch out...

You can get admitted for Msc adult nursing with your Bsc biology (but it may subject to your grades or interview etc). If you’re married with kids, it’s best you go for masters bc only level 7/Phd applicants can travel with dependants.
If you check the last two pages, you’ll see some schools already mentioned within your budget. All The Best

[Hi there!

With your science background, you can apply for nursing at masters level. Bedfordshire and Derby are among the many universities that offer this fast route to nursing. All the best.
