Boss. I was almost becoming a chronic masturbator praying to God to help me get rid of this act, but it dawned on me that i have a role to play which is, HATING the act totally. If i didn't do so,i believe i will still continue to do it.

I talked to myself and developed deep HATRED for the act, i set a target for 1week not to FAP, i crossed one week, extended it to three weeks.(that was a week before the lockdown) I think i fell again like i normally do but this time was the last and i can say for the past three months if not four sef i haven't done it again. It's not easy but it can be done, just be determined and develop HATRED for it. Trust me the benefits are plentiful.

I loved and enjoyed masturbating but thank God for me...I stopped when I even didn't know have stopped, I just noticed it's been weeks and haven't done it then I made up my mind to see how long I could do without it and sex... now its been over 7 months and the funny thing is that I still watch porn at times off course the urge comes but I feel a better man now that am in control of my shit.

I typed a lengthy response initially, but I don't think it is proper for this forum.

So here's a simple answer.

That our eyes can only detect a range of light frequency doesn't mean that's all there is.

There are beings that surround us but live in a different frequency that our eyes can't detect.

To us they are invisible. But they exist all the same.

Just as the x-ray and the infrared ray of light frequencies exist but our eyes can't detect them, even though we now have machines that can detect them.

And these are just an insignificant range of light frequencies when compared to the ones existing.

The Holy Spirit serves as a daily guide, He will direct you on all things. There's no weakness in your life because the Holy Spirit, the embodiment of all glory, dominion and strength lives in you in His fullness. No part of your body is available for sickness, disease, masturbation, low self esteem. The Holy Spirit in you keeps your spirit, soul and body invigorated and ever alive (Rom. 8 vs 11).

You must also allocate your time to the study of God's word because that's the only thing your spirit needs to be able to allow the Holy Spirit in you function well. That's the spiritual food your spiritual body that is made up of the Holy Spirit needs!

*Maintain this Spirit by continuous studying of the word of God

My prayer life too has gone down the drain it's zero. I attend church service Sunday however due to the current lockdown I can say I don't have any relationship with God!

IT'S VERY EASY TO STOP....ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS DON'T SPEND MUCH TIME ALONE ...WHEN YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO AT HOME JUST GO AND PLAY WITH YOUR FRIEND..... STAYING ALONE AT HOME YOU CAN'T OVER COME IT THAT WAY.
