Masturbation and watching pornography is bad and very addictive.....I was in same boat with you for 12 years until I told myself I will stop....it was already ruining important things in my life, getting a partner will not help you will even enjoy watching porn and masturbating than even being with your partner.These few steps helped me

1.Cry unto God in prayers

2.Make conscious efforts to stop

3.occupy your mind with other positive things.
