I would suggest that you address this in your application so that it doesn't come back to bite you in the a**. Get the necessary legal documents (I.e. affidavit) to affirm that there was indeed an error on your previous passport and that your original date of birth is the one you have on the new passport.
If you don't address this and you're found out (since you also have to declare past refusals), it will connote a case of deliberate misrepresentation.

1. Do you have all the requirements ready?..all the money needed in your bank account for 28?

2. Done your TB test?

If your answer to all that question is No then defer your admission to Jan or next Sept because you can't make it..

It's a 50/50 chance. The ECO will definitely have some questions like the following;
1. How did error happen? Was it deliberate or just an oversight?
2. When you noticed the error, why didn't you rectify it?
3. Why did you go ahead to use it for the application that was refused?
4. Why did you change the date on your passport after (and not before) your previous visa application? Why didn't you just keep using it since you had already used it for your initial application? Was it because you would like to misrepresent yourself on your next application?

You'd definitely be needing very satisfactory answers for these and more.

Your school will issue you a new cas showing the last date of entry which in your case is 16th Oct. So you have no problem with UK immigration because a copy of the updated cas will be sent to them as well. I was in that same situation once

So I'm filling my visa forms at the moment, and I was told that there is a place I'm to input my schools code for the picking up of the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP).

I have finished filling the form and didn't see the place for it.

Hi,

You should be able to see timeslots under the dates.i think they are usually sort of orange in color. Those are the ones you should look out for and click on if it shows up.

They seem to come in randomly as people have said ..keep checking

@justwise Hello, please i just got accepted to Stirling and looking to accept the offer this weekend with a deposit for October resumption and book my TB test. Bank statement will start to count from Monday/Tuesday. Do you mean I won't be able to meet the resumption even if I am looking to book a flexi? Thanks
