The most difficult job in West Africa right now as we speak is that of President of Mali and Burkina Faso.

I know why I said that.

But watch and see people lining up to replace the deposed Malian president. I don't know why people still try to do it. That job is not easy.

But I guess it is the lure for power and to be addressed as "lé Président" that is the attraction here. Otherwise, I don't see how anyone in his right senses would want to be President of Mali knowing fully well the odds are stacked up against him to perform.

I wish his successors good luck. They will need it.

That Mali is too big. It needs to be divided into two. The way it is, it will continue to pose security challenges, especially infiltration from Arabs and Berbers from North Africa and redistribution of illiterate and brainwashed Fulanis to other parts of West Africa

Where was ECOWAS before and during the uprising?
What have they done to improve the lot of the citizens?
What punitive measures were taken out on the embattled president and prime minister to checkmate their oppression and looting?
The military seizing power and abducting the president and his prime minister is the best that will happen to Mali.

Sanctions or not.. If any sitting government is not doing wat is expected of dem.. They should be toppled without hesitation.

Most of these countries that make up ECOWAS are French Speaking apart from Ghana, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia.

These french speaking countries built their Economic policy to tune in line with FRANCE their former colonial master.

They see things from a FRENCH PERSPECTIVES.

When they need money or military aids they turn to Nigeria under ECOWAS.

Immediately they get the support they need they go back to France and work with France against the strategic interest of Nigeria.

So what is Nigeria gaining from countries that majority are even FRENCH SPEAKING.

Ghana the main english speaking country in ECOWAS do not want to see NIGERIA 'S FACE anymore.

FOR HOW LONG WILL NIGERIA CONTINUE TO BE DANCING AROUND ECOWAS?

When many of these countries are down right poor french speaking countries.

FRANCE STILL CONTROL THE ECONOMY OF MANY ECOWAS COUNTRIES THAT WAS ONCE THEIR COLONY.

The will of the people is paramount. I believe Nigeria will still get to this point. African rulers have weaponized poverty. The only option for the masses is to revolt. It's a class struggle.
