Nigeria Youth are not serious sorry for saying that. In this Forum I broke a very rare opportunity to then to make money through Real Estate with little or no Capital Commitment. Many of them indicated interest for me to send the details to them which I took out time out of my scarce time to compile the details of the rare opportunity and what they stand to gain. Till today only but just very few of them have keyed it. And I tell you the distance between those ones and poverty is very far. It is not just about Government, Nigeria Youth should know that we are in 21st Century and a lot have really changed unlike in the 80s when Job security was very high. This is a century for Entrepreneurs and not workers, this is a century where blue collar jobs pays more than white collar jobs except you have the connection to hit high paying Government Job. Look around You as a Youth and think of solution you can come up with to the problems facing the Society and then Monetise it. Start Small no matter how small and always open your self up to opportunity. Please for those who will quote me still asking me about Real Estate opportunity, if you are not serious to join immediately, please don't quote me. I don't have time to Lazy People. May God bless all hardworking Nigeria Youth. |

My guy. It doesn't matter what some people say, God still dey. My advise is that you need to really pray, apologize to your uncle (this is not because you have done something wrong), continue with your education and see how much you can raise to start something (you already have an experience as a business man). Before you do anything, please PRAY. |

Supreme145:First of all I have to commend your decision to involve in a legit hustle. Your choice of business was also a brilliant one. One way or the other you've garnered enviable experience and links that will help. I also want to encourage your hardworking approach. That said, I feel you made a mistake with the way you parted with that your uncle. Try to make peace with him. You stated you are finding it hard to depend on your parents because you've been independent for so long but truth is, it's not bad to accept/request for financial aid given your present predicament. I advice you get a loan from your parents or siblings to enable you get a laptop and learn coding properly. Not just the free courses o, get certified. I hear it pays a lot. You can pay back the loan after some time. You have come this far. You're a proven entrepreneur, giving up shouldn't be an option for you. |

Supreme145:My brother...it's not easy surviving in Nigeria except you steal either via fraud whatsoever,I have tried many things to earn a living too,but nothing to show for, working under someone is an issue, having a business is an issue in Nigeria, learning a skill is good but who will support with funds to acquire that goal in this present day?...only God can help us as we keep trying..A man's life ain't no joke. |

Supreme145 There is no need blaming you for anything. After all, you must not be HOLY or OLD to make money. If people say you did wrong here and there, there are a whole lot of people who did better wrong than you and are still making it. My advice for you is this: 1. I still applaud you for been in school. Your expected Certificate can elevate your status in life – but never depend on it as the ultimate because you are the least to get the Certificate – NIGERIA for now has nothing to offer. This is because, many youths like you have it already roaming about the streets – some have even forgotten that they have it. Another potential problem is that “the labour market requires outstanding experience, which I’m sure you have none. Even where there is experience – a whole lot of people have better experience than you, applying for the same job". 2. You still have to think about going into business – thank GOD you have business mindset and you know what it means to make money. In Nigeria, there is no job for you. Hence, it is better you create your own job because you will regret more if you don’t think in that line, and day by day, you are growing older. 3. You are no longer young as some people are commenting here. At your age, you are already a man – and by right, your age is above the maximum requirement to apply for many government jobs – even worse by the time you finally get the certificate. 4. Yahoo yahoo comes with its own consequences. A yahoo guy I knew fraud a maga (an old man), and later the maga committed suicide upon knowing he has been scammed. Few months later, the yahoo had a terrible accident and died instantly in the car he bought using part of the scammed money. Some people get strong spirit – We are mystery as humans. Either you do menial jobs or whatever, you must try to acquire some money for basic capital to start a business from small – nobody will make you rich – power is taken not given – as you grow older without money comes with higher level of frustration. I just gave you some money that I hold sacred. PEACE!!!

Zoharariel:It's laziness that makes u think giving out money is any help. If you don't develop your mind, given 10million u will return begging in a few months time. If u develop your mind, u can't even beg 10k bcoz d mind is d stream of wealth. U never hear? Too much hustle na bread money. I don't look down on yahoo boys, nor do I look up to any of em. I have friends who are onto it, but when I become wealthy, I want to look in the mirror and still love myself.... Maintain a clear conscience with God and man and know that in amassing wealth, I haven't hurt anyone rather I can see the trajectory of the hand of God on my life. |
Op lemme give u a little advice that works for me. I have come to see life as a circle.... Whatever u are going through now, someone else has gone through it and won... Another has gone through it and gave up. U are making a known journey, d destination however is ur choice. My advice.... I am a God fearing man, and I see u trust in making an Honest living so my secret is use ur night seasons. It always works for me... Whenever u need doors to open, opportunity and destiny helpers, task ur nights. U see that time between 12midnight and 4am... Sacrifice it to God in prayer, cry if u get tired of praying wholeheartedly. It won't be long, u will sleep well.
() |

since I came back I have looked for job without luck, I haven't earned a dime since this year since I parted ways with my boss whom I learnt interlocking and concrete stamping under, the man was using me like a slave. Motivational speakers would say there's light at the end of the tunnel but mine looks like a maze/roundabout tunnel. I got home and yahoo is the trending stuff in the area even my younger ones has joined, my younger brother nearly picked 7million before the aza was killed in the dying minute (whatever he means by that), I seem to be the only one among my set that's still broke, I can't even remember the last time I got anything for my self, now I wear my younger brothers cloths and they recharge my phone for me,how long will I continue like this?? ..... I don't want to follow the yahoo band wagon, I'm beginning to lose hope.
