This man is usually drunk, I'm really concerned and really pained, as i type now he's beating his wife and has locked them out. I tried some Google searches but it's not helping. Please this woman and her kids needs help, but hat can be done.

On a more serious note, I think you should discuss with the woman before getting any NGO or police involved.

If she really needs help, she will listen to your advice to quit the relationship or seek professional assistance.

Don't call the popo on your landlord. If he's a juju man, you are practically finished. However, don't mind your business if you cannot stand the sight of the man hitting her.

Alternatively, you can have a man-to-man conversation with the man. Tell him how important it is that he doesn't beat his wife. But before you do that, make sure you don't owe rent. Because na trouble you dey find if you dey owe rent and dey form marriage counselor
