Danwakae: What we need is restructuring. Let every zone hold its own affair. Why are you almajiris scared of restructure? Do you think we care about Nigeria if we can manage our own affairs in SE/SS between brothers. We and you have nothing in common, go and chop your rotation. |

The Ohanaeze should form its own party o. Really though, Power isn't enough to solve the Igbo's problem. The should look inwards |

ILOVETOFUCK: Nigeria fought a 3 year war to keep the oil. I am sure if there was no oil in the then eastern region, Ibos would have been allowed to leave at the time, conversely, if there was no Oil, the ibos wouldnt have declared Biafra. The civil war was all about oil, dont let anyone tell you otherwise. It was the ibos themselves that removed the right to referendum from the constitution when ironsi was in power briefly. They are the ones who with decree 34 created the powerful central government that everyone complains about today when Ironsi was in power, i guess they thought they would be in power forever. I do not hate ibos, I just think they do not think before they talk and act when it comes to politics. You dont make noise and threats from a position of weakness. I have said it many times, the ibo man succeeds in business because he has a drive to be no1, that spirit is good in business but bad in personal relations and for politics because politics is a game of compromise and patience. You cannot get ahead in politics if you must always get your way. If you look at the political history of Nigeria since independence, the ibos are the only ones who if they dont get their way scatter everything for themselves and everybody. Even the North who have the numbers to dominate and can say f0ck you to everyone else know how to compromise and when to compromise. The North settled on Gowon who is a christian from the middle belt at a time of great tension, they also settled on OBJ after the dark days of Abacha, the SW for 40 years did not taste power at the centre but hell did not break loose, technically speaking the SW has not had a president that is their choice. But the ibo man always must have his way or else he brings down the whole house, which ironically makes it even harder to get what he wants because he loses trust. He then comes back even weaker acting as if nothing happened expecting people to forget what he did when things didnt go his way. This has been the the Ibo playbook since 1966. 14 Likes 5 Shares |

Why are people still attacking Ohaneze for summoning courage to ask what I think they deserve, isn't that what we all have been saying? I don't see any reason for this needless attack, the Igbos deserve the PDP ticket. 4 Likes |

ArmedRobber: That was then .... Alot happened in 2015... Don't argue , just wait for 2023.. those who have foresight have seen already and beating the drum of war... By next year , it will be clear to you....should the APC present a south candidate , mostly a southwestern , and the PDP present a northeasterner , forget it , The PDP will win ... I. 2019, only Dave Umahi, Ben Ayade, Abia Govs in the PDP can tell you what they did in the South East to give Baba Buhari the 25% spread sheet.. and also the Kwankwasiyya in Kana, PDP in Sokoto, Bauchi... For Baba.. check the presidential election , compare it to their state elections... Then take a case study from Edo and see if they correlate... The north was the reverse of Edo ... And that's how the north is presently ...Religion and region is a big deal in the north ... Take it or leave , but 2023 will tell... The earlier for the leaders, mostly from the south to call for a round table meeting for zoning , the better... goodnight. |

AsiwajuNdigbo: you are being pedantic. ok he removed referendum.. same difference. A referendum is the avenue by which you secede or devolve power orderly without war.......like in Scotland. The bottom line is he removed the avenue from which people can freely determine their future and how their relationship with Nigeria if they choose to still be a part of Nigeria such that the only way any group can secede now is by force. 7 Likes |

ArmedRobber: whether it would be a mistake is from your own view, I personally support PDP to zone it to the North if it's not given to the Igbos. This is because everyone understands how elections are won now and no matter what, Buhari would support anyone from the North, thus police, army, Inec and judiciary would do such candidate's bidding. Majority of Igbos would vote for Northern candidate with Igbo VP. |

AsiwajuNdigbo: Lols... You haven't been to the north... I am presently in Edo State , posted by my job... I am from Taraba state, I guess u r from the east, see ba, walahi, if there give u people Biafra , no doubt , the north will have to go back to agriculture, which u people will need, but your leaders will be the ones to enjoy it, and you people will be the loser ...in my state , Taraba , the Igbos are the driving force of our economy... Same to many states I. The north, and should Biafra be granted , it will ever remain the same for your people in the north again, its not a threat but a normal diplomacy for countries... As a northerner , with or without the Niger Delta oil, we the people stand to lose nothing ... It only our leaders that will be bothered , because they have been the ones stealing in cooperation with your own leaders ... So if u people want to go, good, pls go , its not by force to remain as one... The northern masses stand to lose nothing ...it may only be a threat to our northern leaders but not the people ...are we living better than those in the south ?, Are our leaders sharing the stolen public fund with we the people ... Pls if u people want to go, follow due process and go, so we can hear word... 4 Likes 1 Share |

I read an interesting article today and it was really enlightening. The igbo nation is yet to have a united front. They need that one man that can be sellable but that can only happen with lots of hand washing with other tribes. I feel if atiku goes on a promise of one term while obi goes as his vice with lots of juicy promises for other tribes, it would be a smooth ride. The main statement of the ohaneze person there was certainly an attack on an atiku/obi ticket which so happens to be Pdp's best gameplay now. Apc's gameplay must include an osibanjo for president ticket as I have a funny feeling that a tinubu ticket would create some previously unknown bottlenecks along the line. By next year, new things would have happened to change the entire political landscape. For now, 2023 is not the time for an igbo president but with a vice president that helps improve the country for four years, pdp's obi would be a better market to sell. 4 Likes 1 Share |
