FullBlastLight: Exodus 20:5-6 is no longer valid. God changed it in the book of Ezekiel 18:20 Ezekiel 18:20 The one who sins is the one who will die. The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them. |

BabaO2:in so doing, Ibiyeomie subjected himself to ridicule and deep security. Trust me, any victory you think Ibiyomie claims, he's suffering double. * He needed to stand in a pulpit to address freeze who sat in his living room over social media to address him. * Ibiyomie insulted a country Somalia needlessly * He insulted journalists, media practitioners and the average hardworking Nigerian * He insulted freeze's mother and every other child (even in his church) born in obscurity * He committed a criminal offense by threatening to kill someone If you think Ibiyomie won, you don't know . anything. FullBlastLight: People are experts at justifying themselves be it good or bad provided it's for their own interest. They will quote Mathew 5 vs 17 for you, but they won't tell you to read from 17 - 20. All for selfish purposes. You must understand that there's no perfect being, the only perfect being I know is Jesus. Your Pastor just like every other person is prone to make mistakes. Why did Jesus said He haven't come to abolish the law? Now, Jesus wasn't preaching to them like others and they were surprised, so they were thinking He has come to abolish their laws and traditions. They thought He brought something new entirely different from the scripture (old testament) which they already knew, then Jesus said to them in the book of Matthew 5:17 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Jesus also told them this. Mathew 5 vs 20 "20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven." It's obvious, Jesus made them understand that obeying the law cannot take them to heaven in verse 20 ☺. Jesus broke the law in the book of Mark 2:24 and they were all calling for his head. It was because of the laws He broke and his teachings that made them choose a thief over Jesus. Do not allow anyone impose the laws in old testament on you. Read what Paul said. Romans 6:14 14 For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. Now, see why old testament laws shouldn't be practice by Christians. Read Galatians 3 vs 15 - 29 Be a true Christian not a Christian who practice Judaism. I was making research and I stumbled upon this great page which explained Mathew 5:17-20 bit by bit. Visit https://bible.org/seriespage/14-not-abolish-fulfill-matthew-517-20 for more understanding on this subject. Christianity in Africa has been mixed with so many things which shouldn't be found at all in Christendom. Do not allow anyone teach you their selfish doctrine even though they use old testament (laws) to justify their doctrines. If it's not the doctrine of Jesus Christ in the new testament, I say to you, RUN and NEVER look back. Hebrews 7:18-19 18 The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless 19 (for the law made nothing perfect), and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God. Galatians 3:19-20 Why, then, was the law given at all? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come. The law was given through angels and entrusted to a mediator. 20 A mediator, however, implies more than one party; but God is one. . * Christ is the seed been referred to here. Colossians 2:17 These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ. . The 613 laws are shadows until Christ came. Christ fulfilled the law, done and dusted, chapter closed forever. That's why it's now weak and useless. Hebrews 7:12 For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed also. . Hebrew 8 vs 13 "By calling this covenant “new,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear." Romans 7:6 But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code. Galatians 3:10 For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.” * If you're to obey the laws in the old testament to be right with God, you're to obey ALL the 613 laws otherwise you're under a curse. Tithing to fulfil what's written in the book of law attracts a curse. Stop tithing, you're bringing a curse to yourself. James 2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it. Galatians 2:21 I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!” Hebrews 10:9-10 9 Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.” He sets aside the first to establish the second. 10 And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Christ once for all. . . He set aside OLD COVENANT found in the old testament to establish the NEW COVENANT found in the new testament. . 2 Corinthians 3:6 He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. . * The letter here is the old covenants (laws) while the spirit is the new covenant. Read the whole chapter for better understanding. Please brothers and sisters, do yourself a favour and read the whole of 2 Corinthians 3. Verse 14 "But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away." is exactly what is happening in Christianity today. The minds of many were made dull. Never allow any man born of flesh push you to do the things that are now weak and useless. If Christ and the early Christians didn't do it, I tell you today, don't do it no matter the pressure. The new testament scriptures are Christian manual, anything not found there shouldn't be a doctrine. I still remain the son of the TRUTH. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Nigerian Pastors By Dele Momodu Newspot August 29, 2020 By Dele Momodu They are running their churches 100% better than the way the president is running the country. The fact is many Nigerians are loosing it. They can’t think beyond going after pastors. In what way has pastors prevented Nigeria from owning an airline In what way do pastors prevent Nigeria from having industries Less than 0.0001% of pastors own Jets in Nigeria. —-but no, let us forget the over 70% that earn less than 50k/month and focus on the 0.0001% than own jets. If you run your governments the way church leaders are running churches. Nigeria might be a Qatar right now. In all these argument Canaanland has had stable electricity and water supply for its over 15,000 residents since 1999 and is already on the verge of converting waste to electricity. RCCG is producing 25MW of electricity. Yet your … govt you pay compulsory tax, vat, CIT, Pet Tax has not been able to give you light decades after independence. Living Faith has more than 25,000 Staff and has never owed any of them salary! Yet your state govt that collects Allocation plus Tax cannot pay full salary. Living Faith, a single Church, is schooling 16 thousand of your Citizens in Higher institutions and many more at primary and Secondary levels yet you think you have the capacity to waggle your tongue I went for Shiloh all through and stayed in the staff quarters, yet it was electricity all through; for one second, water did not go off in spite of thousands that were present. On a normal day you won’t walk 20 metres before you find a segregated bin to dispose your waste. The entire area was fully covered by different layers of Security with multiple CCTV and IoT enabled barrier gates. And yet your Abuja, capital of the Nation does not have CCTV yet you open your …. mouth to talk down on pastors! Between the guy that calls himself Area father and Bishop David Oyedepo Ministries International who resigned a federal job and started a Church of 3 people and has widened it to over 6,000 churches globally, over 200 schools, 2 hospitals, Over 1000 hectares farm for livestock and crop, Another farm in Igbesa and CU. With 15,000 housing Estate in progress, Water factories, Zeolite factory, One Research center, a scholarship fund, Beverage factories, 10 million books, Publishing house, Radio Station etc who has had more impact or who will have better capacity to govern the nation… ![]() Canaanland hosts hundreds of thousands of people every week yet no stampede ever. Government gathered people at stadium for recruitment exercise and before it even began, many were dead! Living Faith already has a master plan till 2032 yet govt does not have a plan for 2020! You know Illogicality is the trademark of most Africans. They fail to think beyond their prejudices and sentiments hence Africa has remained on the ground. Can we imagine how developed the nation would have been if we have people with the right mindset at the helm of the nation’s affairs? God bless all our pastors. THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE CAREFUL WITH THEIR TONGUE.” https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1764353553713741&id=156421107840335&_rdr https:// www.google.com/amp/s/newspotng.com/nigerian-pastors-by-dele-momodu/amp/ 4 Likes |

ethicallyright: Oh, dt they're rich doesn't mean they are at par wit God! God has variety of ways of dealing wit issues! In fact, there are some of His judgements or punishments dt are instantaneous, while some may last a little longer, and others may be on d Judgement Day! Everytin is stil scriptural! During Jesus' earthly Ministry, many pple even insulted Him 2 His face, some said He wasn't d Son of God, bt a mere prophet, some said He was mad & possessed, some even crucified Him & then claimed He neva resurrected! So, there's nothing they're saying in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere dt has neva been scripturally said against Him b4 & some of d sayers wil seem 2 live a flourishing life on earth, bt on d Day of Reckoning, they wil all be demystified & doomed 4 rejecting d person of Jesus Christ! Remember d parable of d rich man & Lazarus? D rich man rejected d gospel, yet he stupendously prospered on earth, while Lazarus who accepted d gospel & d person of Jesus was miserably wretched on earth! However, on d Judgement Day, d wealth of d rich man without Jesus cldn't secure him eternity in heaven as he was expressly navigated 2 hell fire, while Lazarus, though destitute of d basic existential needs of life, bt accepted Jesus, was without hesitation directed 2 heaven! Dis is one of d mysteries of eternity! That someone or a nation is prosperous or flourishing on earth doesn't mean God is pleased wit them if they reject Jesus Christ! In sum, neither wealth nor poverty is d ticket 2 heaven, bt SALVATION thru d Lord Jesus Christ! #Selah! 1 Like |

Youngzedd: See, bro, we wil stil be progressive in errors shld we tryna absolutely desert d OT 4 d NT! A balanced compliance is alwys possible thru d help of d Holy Spirit! Dis is so because be it Jesus or d Apst Paul & others in d NT stil many times quoted scriptures frm d OT 2 elucidate or buttress their teachings at diff point in time! Dis suggests 2 us dt obedience 2 d OT is stil very much sacrosanct in d NT dispensation! What d Apst Paul was talking abt when he said we're no longer in bondage 2 d laws was all d ritualistic aspects of d OT including d "do not touch, do not eat" & d violence aspects of d OT laws! Aside all those aspects, every other thing dt deals wit morals, godliness, God & His acts, prophets & their prophecies, and other things dt synchronise wit d NT gospel, are stil very valid, practicable, potent & God-honouring till 2day! |
