Okay, I don't know the domain name but two options are open to you.

Try to provide some of the details requested if you know how to craft something from archive.org,Google keywords planner, estibots etc

Or refer him to someone that can call him. Epik?

I would have said you should just say you're just selling him a domain with nothing attached but you already shot yourself in the foot with that sales letter. He thinks you've used the domain for business & is asking how long you've been using it & the profit accrued from its use.

And if they go silent? Let them do their thing. Yours is to explain to Afternic that the domain is a week old. Buyer will either decide whether to wait or not. End-users can be finicky. This one knows what he/she is doing.

Go with their lead.
Once they pay for the Godaddy service a broker will contact you irrespective of where you have your domain listed.
A Godaddy broker contacted me two weeks ago and my domain was listed with Epik.
When the broker contacts get in touch with you, you can decide to tell them to go with a domain push or just wait the 60 days out.
My domain had about 18 days left to unlock the transfer feature. I waited it out and did a transfer
