You are right, public toilets should be available at strategic junctions. But with it's absence, people can use eateries or petrol stations. All you need is to buy water and ask where their toilet is.

advocacy my foot.75 percent of people living in Lagos stay in buildings where the landlords didn't make provision for toilet.what should be done is that the housing ministry should make sure that henceforth no building plan will be approved if there are no toilets on d plans .a minimum of 3 toilets per building.
