in Lagos and most western states most houses dont have toilets..over here our houses must have a minimum of 4 toilets we dont need government to do that for us..if we are pressed outside our house we dont defecate on drains or roads we walk into a bank.so in Lagos building a toilet is a major project by govt.na wah.waitin we nor go see for this country
