....God bless...it's less than 4...in fact it's about 2.6 but it's symptomatic...heavy menstrual flow and also not getting pregnant with it for the past few years..

Good day Doc, I sprained my ankle as well since March Ending and went to a local masseuse who helped massaged the leg. My leg improved after some weeks but I couldn't complete the massage due to the lockdown at that time.
So the pain came back two weeks later. I wasn't sure if it was ankle pain or plantar fasciitis, cos each time I woke up in the morning those past few months, I always felt I was walking on broken bottles.
But that feeling has stopped now.
What is left now is my my foot is still paining me. I can't do my runs like how I used too, because it is hindering my work out activities.

Good evening doctor...last 2 weeks while I was playing football..I observed that I was having headache while i run around the field.. it was strange because it has never happened to me before..the headache will reduce its intensity while I rest but when I come on again it comes back..I took paracetamol when I got home, it subsided and came back later in the evening..since that day the headache has refused to go..went to my company clinic was.tested for malaria and typhoid..all came out negative was giving amoxil and one other pain relieving medicine but still the headache refused to go..sometimes I have blurry vision..someone suggested cafergot..took it first day.. it went came back took it again it subsided but still keeps re occurring..
Visited general hospital..was asked to do urinalysis, FBC..did that but am yet to collect the result.. I feel the test recommended are not related in anyway to the way I feel.
Now the headache doesn't show in the morning but comes in the evening but whenever I want to do my morning exercise..it shows up..am tired I don't know what to do..plz help am getting scared hope it's not something serious

..my urinalysis came out all negative..and my FBC well..I don't understand the medical terms but I think it's okay when I compared it with what I saw online..it seems okay..drug prescribed to me are
1. Myospaz
2. Amino pep
3. Malaria tabs
After taking for 3 days..I don't seem to get better..rather worst..i now have nausea and my right eye feels heavy..the headache is still there but mild now..

A nurse friend prescribed paludrine 1*2 daily, amoxil 1*3 daily vitamin c, paracetamol and multivitamin for me.

I also developed painful abscesses/lumps (without mucus in them,just blood) on my butt cheeks and was referred to the SOPD for probable surgery which didn't happen as the abscesses. started dissolving. I still have a. little left.

Based on your age, normal cxr, absence of heart risk factors. Your symptoms is most likely MSK/ costochondritis . This occurs when there is an inflammation of the muscles/cartilage around the chest.

I suspect your symptoms are stress/Anxiety related. can also argue some features of clinical depression. weight loss, appetite loss and what sounds like erectile dysfunction is probably anhedonia which is when ppl start losing interest in what they previously enjoy.
Your BP is abnormal for your age and anxiety can drive it.
In saying that it is clinically prudent to rule out organic causes. You can start by checking your blood sugar, kidneys and liver function. You need to speak to your work Human Resources or work counsellor regarding your stress levels. If you have a home blood pressure machine, check your BP twice in the morning when you wake up, one hour apart and twice at night one hour apart. Do this over 4 days to determine a trend.
