I googled opening hour tls Abuja and it shows that they will be open: Thursday 07:30 - 16:00 ( independence Day) opening hours may vary.

While for Lagos I didn't find anything. Just try call them as from 9 am.

I just got a call from British high commission, Telling me that a decision as been made on my passport on the 22nd and it was sent to the tls office that same day and I should go and pick it from them, please anyone having same issue should call British embassy telling them to escalate the issue, I think within 2 days solution will pop up.
Am going to tls ikeja tomorrow morning

I submitted on 17sept (priority)
Decision mail 22sept
and still at dmc till yesterday when I called to escalate my case.

Do not hesitate to call them, hope to come up wi to more news tomorrow

Prepare to spend some money I mean the call charges 1.38 £ per min, get your credit/debit card beside you while calling and explain everything to them in detail.

Hello everyone,

I paid for priority for tls VI and booked appointment, but I only received payment notification mail for the TLS services and not the UKVI services (55 + 220 pounds). Is this normal? What indicates that I've paid for Priority? Going back to Amend appointment, Priority is no longer visible.

My man there is actually sms service option. I paid for that too but I think the sms will come when they are in posession of your passport.
