Some Nairalanders have done this to me severally. I'll ask for their numbers to send card and they'll either make a mistake with the number or bluntly say they didn't see it just to make it look as if I didn't fulfil my promise.

I have never promised anyone money or card without fulfilling it ever since I was born, or at least, I knew I existed.

People who can't keep promises shouldn't make promises. I feel bad when people like us who keep promises always get scammed or the person denies the transaction.
