And a couple with joint ownership of the home? This is the 21st century, forget the local girls you date, most women provide for the family financially. Some take over completely when their husbands can't keep up. Do they get your god sent approval to cheat?

For your second question. It depends on a lot of things like the man's religion, environment, society or culture etc. But for me, we aren't working anything out. Why? When a woman pays your dowry and takes up the duty for earning. You take up her roles.
Marriage has been a 50:50 activity. How many women sit back to let their husbands do 'everything'?
You would wake up, cook, handle the laundry, take care of your wife and kids and forgive her sex escapades. And help out, maybe with a store and so on.
