Same here bro. I lost huge amount of money to gambling. Luckily I have a job with good pay! Anytime I remember the loss and the investments I could have done with that money, I will feel like smashing my phone lol.
I started by staking small amounts of money. But after losing it, then in a bid to recover my money, I started staking huge amounts of money and that was the beginning of my end after losing, I will drink join. But one day, I looked at my self in the mirror and told myself that "I can't recover back the money no matter what and how I play. Plus I knew that I can save up to the same amount of of money in less than three months" that was how I advised myself to quit.
I wasn't just greedy, I was foolish.
Reminds me of what the Bible said about a fool and his money... they will always separate.
