You really ought not to. It stems from my disbelief, despite the evidence, that some could be so brainless and think we all are brainless to believe a word trump crafts. His equivalent would be a tribal Nigerian President, and if a Yoruba, the rally call would be "Lock up all non-Yorubas", and his supporters would be the equivalent of Yoruba almanjeris. I see them in my nightmare doing "fine people on both sides", and ANLMs (All Nigerians Lifes Matter) antifaing with superultra Ifa reinforced Amotekuns. Imagining such future existence shows how diligently we must be for Nigeria's next election.

Ah, Screw all that! If it weren't that it seriously mattered, trump makes good telly especially now Covid19 has shut down studio production. Succession would have been great fun to watch in these trump dying days especially if they cameoed him. Good thing is he's provided material for years to come. Telly will be trumpified and we'll be in stiches laughing for decades so long as he serves one term.

grin grin
I had a good laugh reading this.

Just look at you trying to cover for Biden.
Biden was asked twice if he will pack the courts he refused to give a straight answer. What is so hard to say he won't pack the courts.
Because he knows no American wants a President that will pack the courts, it's that simple.

So if you think packing the courts is a good idea because it's "constitutional" then you will loose majority of the support.

Who is covering for biden? Me and you know that no matter what he says he would be taken out of context, you wait let him win the white house first, then you would see. Biden is very bi partisan, thats why obama had issues, both of them love reaching out to congress and making agreements.

But enjoy and watch, if he would loose support or not.

They don't even know what conservatism is about.

They are just hypocrites blinded by sentiments especially religion ignorance and you wonder why many Africans end up electing bad leaders when you see Africans supporting a man like Trump because they have been brainwashed to do so you wonder why Africa remains the way it is.
"Hypocrites" implies they know what they do. Like trump, they never read the Book but get their religion from Fox News and a pastor called Qnon, so my replaced word is more accurate, I think, for they really know not that they put the noose round their own necks.

Pity we must save frogs, for the good of the water and PrideofLincoln and co, if noone else. It would have been fun albeit of a sadist type just watching them magaboil.

Cognitive Dissonance

In the field of psychology, cognitive dissonance occurs when a person holds contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values, and is typically experienced as psychological stress when they participate in an action that goes against one or more of them. According to this theory, when two actions or ideas are not psychologically consistent with each other, people do all in their power to change them until they become consistent. The discomfort is triggered by the person's belief clashing with new information perceived, wherein they try to find a way to resolve the contradiction to reduce their discomfort.

Exactly let people vote. As many as possible. Record numbers of like 130-150 million voters would be nice

Oh spare me that narcissistic bullsh1t, why do think people discussing politics means they are going frenzy about it, stop projecting your feelings on people, I talk about politics a lot be it in Nigeria or elsewhere for one thing I try understand how different systems works, mostly times I get myself involved to learn.

On the contrary, you were the one that was projecting his feelings. Why do you think that people who don't agree with your views and spend lots of time offline doing better things are having sleepless night and pained by some early poll figures simply because they delay in replying to your post?

A President that continues to attack American institutions and discredit them because they don't do to his bidding isn't a threat to democracy to you? tell me you look at Trump and not see a third world dictator vibes, you think if American system wasnt good enough Trump wouldn't have overrun it by now

Here we go again. What third world dictatorship vibes are you talking about? Does calling some glaringly bias media Covens 'fake news' qualifies one a dictator? Or what are you talking about?

Wasn't it the same strong-enough-American system that brought the same man to power as against the wishes of the majority, same system you said is democratic? So, who is the dictator here now--Trump or the aberration that you called a system?

I just dey laf.

If Trump's erratic behavior qualifies him a dictator, and you think is a threat to democracy, what makes him worse than Biden who thinks that white children growing up with black children in a unified school system would lead to racial anarchy and undermine the wellness and safety of white children, the same man some of you shameless blacks are so proud of now? The same man whose legislative bill ensures that overwhelming young, particularly black Americans are incarcerated en mass? Isn't that a dictatorial characteristic and threat to democracy also in the real sense?

Former RNC chairman endorses Biden with two weeks left in the election

https://edition.cnn.com/2020/10/20/politics/michael-steele-joe-biden-endorsement/index.html

Former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele endorsed Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Tuesday, saying the former vice president "will pursue options that work towards healing the divide" worsened by President Donald Trump.

Steele was the first African American to be elected to statewide office in Maryland, serving as lieutenant governor from 2003 to 2007. He was also the first African American to serve as chairman of the RNC.
Steele joined the Lincoln Project, a group of Republicans opposing Trump's reelection, in August.
"Many of Donald Trump's supporters bring legitimate concerns to the table. During my time leading the GOP, I endeavored to address these and other grievances through the lens of unity and growth. But Trump has energized the party through the exact opposite means -- by focusing on stoking division and eroding our core principles," Steele said in a statement issued by the Lincoln Project.
"Although Vice President Biden and I disagree on some policy points, I believe he will earnestly pursue options that work towards healing the divide exacerbated by Trump and his administration," Steele added. "My support for Biden is because we share an everlasting loyalty to what is ultimately best for our nation."
Since leaving his position as RNC chair in 2011, Steele has evolved into one of Trump's most prominent Republican critics.

Lmao, exactly. America claims to be the poster child of democracy, but it isn't. Democracy is said to be the government of the people, for the people and by the people. Not government for the states, by the states and for the states. But here we are.

Yes, it's even worse: democracy is the government of the minority, by the minority, and for the minority. If this is not an aberration, I wonder what is. This is why someone like Trump don't care much about the level of turn outs or the popular vote. In fact, it makes it more easier for an incumbent to secure the much crucial EC votes during an election. And it's even easier when that person is charismatic and was able to steer the country along a certain line of political divide. In fact, this system does not only breed segregation, it also discourage people from voting. Those who are cheering the large number of voters in some areas now shouldn't be too excited yet. Wait till the D-day. When you are given no choice but to choose between two necessary evils, the last resort is to sit on the fence. That's why many people don't come out to vote during the main election.

This is what happened in 2016, the undecided broke through for trump in record numbers. Wont happen this year. I already wrote an analysis about it on sunday. The undecided in 2016 where about 15% but this year they are like 6%. So lets watch.
