It is Governors and administrators of Nigerian States who can make projects like Eko Altantic happen. The only Nigerian State with similar grand scale project is Abuja but that is of course FG financed.

Whereas Lagos, courtesy of Tinubu and his successive governors, has several superb privately-funded projects like ILubirin, Banana Island, Orange Island etal and counting.

Those are real and quantifiable evidence of administrative competence and vision people like you deliberately prefer to feign ignorance of or deny credit to those it is due to foe delivery of such audacious projects.

The average lagosian provides their own portable water,security,sewage and healthcare. And when they are unemployed they receive no social security payment. All the leaders of Lagos run to London, UK for medical treatment. Lagos is just another failed Nigerian city, with the exception of Abuja.
