pleas let's make maximum use of this thread for what is stands for , let's not engage in any other discussion here aside dispute resolution , this is our business environment and we need to do our best to protect it . To me I feel we need to have a strong set out rules that will help us in giving judgement. Without any set out rule, interpretations can swing in any direction and this maybe bad for both the buyer and the seller. 1) pleas if you are a buyer, always ask your seller in simple direct English on any condition you know you can't be able to cope with, E.g 1...what is the body condition of the phone ,rate it between 1 to 10 and if there is any body scratch not minding how little pleas let me know? 2........I expect this deal to arrive on this particular date and not more than this date ,if it fails to meet up my deadline will you refund me 100%? This are example of 2 simple direction question. I feel if a buyer engage in direct questions like this and document his or her evidence ,I feel it will help everybody when passing out judgement in this thread ,the problem is most times some buyer will jump into an item that looks too cheap to be perfect and at the same time expecting perfection ....ANY QUESTION A BUYER FAILED TO ASK THE SELLER DIRECTELLY CAN NOT BE USED AGAINST THE SELLER ,thanks . 4 Likes 1 Share |

KulKid:guy you have been told times without number. Your name removal from black list is under processing. It's a procedure. I personally know for the pass few months have have been clearing your name. Alot of people are observing. Your rudeness and ranting won't earn a fast approach of removing your number. Your ranting and rudeness will only earn you losing support from people observing and in support of the process of your name removal. Like they said don't demand for your name to be removed. You need to earn it..... Your ranting will only slow the process. Can't you just act the way chisomk9 is acting. Lay low, observe. Let them follow the procedure of processing. Be like you not a seller here , or you just plain being ignorant of the whole situation. Check the below image and tell me how would you feel being brought into such an issue when u never scammed anyone. Ask Kreamie to provide who I scammed and this matter will end here, infact I'll go on blacklist for 600 years if he can provide just one person. The only issues I had were normal issue every seller has, even Kreamie too may have had one why being so wicked to your fellow person. Matter self don die since 2019, Donaltus own na normal failed pickup and buyer refused to take responsibility. I stepped up and took full responsibility, even paid for the whole item. No one is talking about that, please I stayed off peoples business for over a year plus make una no provoke me here o. Kreamie remove my name from that list if you can't provide any proof I scammed anyone, until proven guilty b4 judgment even hotdealz name self u no put am you still put my name...issalright. 1 Like

Tell me does this signify the character of a good person, see enh make I let all of una knw something. Its better to be known for what you are than who you're not, some of una so called saints here are criminals in disguise. I have people telling me, Kulkid wow u surprised me I took u to be whom they painted u to be on NL but you are different. Well I am different because I'm not afraid to speak my mind. Kreamie: Is this because he isn't deserving of leaving this list due to uncleared infractions, or due to his approach to asking for the removal of his name? If its for the first reason, I think Mr. Kreamie and the dispute team should present all unresolved cases to show why this is so. If its for his approach, I do not believe he should be made to be on that list for that reason. Egos might be bruised and hurtful words might have been used, but this is no reason to deny him his right to be removed from that list. Leaving him there because he said things you don't like is not the right way to do this. Its pride, and it stinks. Honestly. Tender all his unresolved cases here and let it be clear what he is owing or what issues he needs to resolve for him to be on that list. If there isn't one, please do the needful and remove him from it. "Power attracts the worst, and corrupts the best of men". This thread the way I'm seeing it, if they continue with the biased judgment, it won't last. This is supposed to be a thread that look into fraud cases, cases that has to do with theft and loss. Resolve the issue and make sure there are solid evidence before judgment. What was my crime? I'm still asking? Let's use our brain and not our eyes, we all dey get one issues or the other with buyers but unless the case of theft or scam I don't think anyone's name who didn't do such should be blacklisted. If you settle your issue, your name need removed from the list. The only ground I a name is to be there is if you have ongoing issues or have been reported here for possible fraud(note: FRAUD) for more than three times and you can't defend yourself with solid proofs. Sometimes some of these buyers too can be at fault, Imagine someone buying a phone and leaving without proper check then calls after a week plus to say the phone doesn't come on I need my money. Who is to be blamed here? |

KulKid: Do you know he can report you to the security operatives because of your language? The above statement is a threat to life and it's an offence in the Nigerian constitution. The offence contravened Sections 56 and 168 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015. Section 56 prescribes one year jail term for threat to life I've been reading your back and forth and people have suggested you relax and watch how things go. If you had sorted the issue right from the onset, it won't get here. Even when it got here, you know how long it took before you finally agreed to the resolution? Kreamie:Is okay, at least now everyone can see how biased this akamu(pap) dispute team is. You put my name there since June over a misunderstanding note misunderstanding not scam or possible scam misunderstanding. The issue got to here and everyone said my tone was harsh and I was rude. I agreed I may have been rude due to how I do am bumper 2 bumper with them that time when they started calling me a thief. But I later called the buyer apologized to him, sent 10k as my hand of friendship but he declined and sent back saying he couldn't collect it(someone with a good conscience I guess). Then I came online too, apologized to everyone and promised to do better in handling situations next time and it was concluded I will be removed from the list in 6 months. Ok the thread was closed I know, but now that it is reopened, isn't old issue supposed to be revisited and sorted out. They still left my name there, now Donaltus claimed I haven't paid for failed pickup I explained to him how the buyer who requested the deal left it because of the price and specs but he insisted I should pay without no human feelings whatsoever saying I pay the whole money. So I took up responsibility and bought the item myself something I didn't plan for just make peace for reign because until now nobody has heard kulkid for over a year plus having issues with anyone. Na that name I saw on that list triggered my anger, Lets all be honest on what ground does my name have to be there? This people are using this thread for their own agenda I still dey talk am, quote me anywhere. Who even made them moderators over us? When did they cast the vote? Don't I have a say in who is moderator here? The only person there I see fit is bobo65. Kreamie is not fit to be in that list, check his response since this thing started.
