You do understand your excrements are the biproduct of digested foods, and other waste products from your body. Once one washes the hands with soap and water it is a dine deal.

Tissue is never as hygenic. I've always wetted tissue paper for use myself Or use pre wetted flushable wipes.

Go to the average Nigerian toilet for public use, the toilet is usually dirty with just a bucket and bowl or even a simple plastic bottle for "cleaning" with no soap to use after.

Nigerians pour water, use their fingers to finger their anus well and rinse it with water and that doesn't get rid of the bacteria, worms or fecal particles but takes it from your hand to your mouth in the ideal wet and warm environment beneath your fingernails.

Using tissue paper properly to wipe and eliminate the passage of fecal matter onto the hand from the anus is much better or using a bidet to clean off fecal matter with water pressure eliminating contact with your fingers.

Truth----- No matter how you tell me to use water first,I CAN'T do it.

I use my tissue,then wash up with soap and water. If you feel so disgusted by it,it's entirely your cup of coffee.

I can't purposely directly touch shit all in the name of washing my ass after defecating. I rather use tissue and clean up, till there's no trace of shit on the tissue paper.
Water and soap may not even be used to wash hands after the whole process, and people risk e coli and other germs entering their body.

For the ladies I STRONGLY believe it's not advisable to use water first (either with soap or not).

Using tissue before washing off to me is being CONSCIOUS of your vaginal HEALTH.
