Well said, MY wife just had our first son, i see the way she looks at the stretch marks and the flappy tommy (she was a photo model before we got married) and i know it makes her uncomfortable sometimes... most time i have to tell her it doesn't mater that its what child bearing brings... But By God after my last child if i have the means am taking all those flappy shit out...The confidence of a woman is tied to how she looks in her skin... You may have a woman that has a pot belly and feel good about it but if you don't feel good about it take it out...Its not an issue of been content or not its an issue of confidence in yourself... its that feeling you get when your wearing a good outfit and you know you look good... I love your comment so much. You are very realistic in your approach towards life. Everything in this life is a risk, nothing is guaranteed. Some have had this same surgery and have lived to enjoy their new bodies. The same set of people that will call Nengi sexy after her liposuction and bbl are still the same people that will bodyshame Dorathy for rocking her God-given body. Bunch of hypocrites. See Sisi, I believe "baby pouch" and stretch marks are part of the "packages" that come with motherhood, and women need to begin to accept that.
Just as when one grows from a girl into a lady, becoming a mother, with all that comes with it, is another phase in life which we need to learn to grow into and accept.
Life is phase by phase, and the earlier we accept that "this is who I am now" in each phase, the better for us.

Not to blame the husband, but he shouldn't have allowed his wife to go for surgery, the risk of complication is too high, although some women are very stubborn when it comes to their desires.

Anything that can't be fixed with exercises and diet, I can never be in support of it.

There is no reason for her to suffer peritonitis due to liposuction.
It is obvious that they must have punctured her abdominal wall (possibly even intestine) and allowed infection into her abdominal cavity during the procedure - whoever operated on her was no doubt too aggressive the suction probe.
The family can sue for negligence.

Some women would go for the procedure without the knowledge of the husband. There was a story recently who died too of the same operation and she did not tell her husband she was going for the surgery because he objected to it
