Trump attending the inauguration is like wiping the spittle he poured on Biden’s leg with his bare hands.

Donald Trump’s grouse is not that he lost the election—it’s that a candidate he belittled came ahead of him in the election. He still does not believe that the American people actually love Biden. That’s why he’s essentially insisiting there was some form of electoral malpractice.

He never saw this defeat coming.
