You can't sue a bookie like that, many of you forget about the terms and conditions. Remember the part that says XYZ have the right to terminate, limit, void or cancel any bets or winning. Some bookie will add we have the right to close a user account at anytime etc, silly silly terms. Though that is not a good terms but, we all accept it.

that is where the problem lies. The banks don't "need to be happy" to pay me back the money i have with them, they can even be sued for inability to pay me my money. There are many wrong things that we have become used to in Nigeria, we are used to not having electricity, no water, no good roads, standing all day just to withdraw cash from bank, going to an atm that is supposed to be working 24hrs being "unable to dispense". No bank has the right to withhold your money without a court order, even when they tell u to wait, they are supposed to make u as comfortable as possible while waiting for them to prepare any huge withdrawal. Most of what we pray for in Nigeria is because of bad govt, most of those prayer points are immediately answered when u relocate to countries with good govt.

I don't know, they can come up with excuse. Imagine Nairabet saying the odds is not correct. 1xbet saying suspicious activity, 22 bet saying we have every right. All of them with some excuse, Nairabet did refund his stake though, sad. Funny enough he was winning with that option and also losing too, the day he decided to push high, Nairabet caught him offside.
