Got this same request along with my MEP/BIL. I was a bit jumpy at first but just try to fill out everything as you remember it and hope for the best.

Thanks. I did not receive MEP/BIL. And can you please send a link where you downloaded the form( did you type or write out the details required?) I have been unable to get the attached form.

First attempt I wasn’t prepared at all at all Due to work, I just went to write hoping for the best.
Second attempt I was very prepared but got lost during listening Cbt
Third attempt again got lost during listening cbt
Fourth attempt I took paper and made a silly mistake , I didn’t indent or paragraph my work in writing , I didn’t finish my reading test , tbvh the reading test was very tough this time.
Fifth attempt I put all my mistakes together and forged ahead. I used IELTS Liz mainly , IELTS fast track for listening tips. Then this IELTS master free module that idp gives I used it alongside Liz for writing and that thing was very very helpful. Watched all Liz videos .
Tips for speaking I got it from Don Oliver on the idp IELTS instagram page and that was it.
Thank you for coming to my ted talk. I’m still excited and over the moon.

If you u are yet to submit your application, pls shine your eye well well o. Go through the document check list, name each file properly before uploading. They are rejecting applications now, no more ADR. Don’t listen to people here telling you ECA and language test is not compulsory. They have rejected people based on this just this month.

Painful! Unlike before, they might request for additional documents. I guess they don’t have time like before. After all, we were given 90days to submit.

Good Afternoon All,

I hope the day is ending great?
I have been a silent observer of this thread, and a lot of information passed across has been helpful to me. Helpful enough to get me from IELTS to ITA to AOR to Biometrics. Really Thankful.

However, I have a few issues. Gurus, anyone, in the house kindly help out.

I recently got married last week, and raised a webform on my Registry day, January, 2021, as i had read where someone said it is best to inform IRCC as soon as possible when the marital status changes. I had also initially read that it takes about 5 days for response. However, I am still yet to get a response.

Questions:
1. Is this normal?. Have anyone raised a Webform recently gotten a delayed response like me?.

2. My wife had gone to book a date for her Medicals, 2 weeks ago, and she was given 20th of this month. If IRCC doesn't respond before then, would that count as Upfront Medicals?. Hope there are no issues with Upfront Medical result.

3. My POF was initially for single person. However, my father-in-law gave us a wedding gift which sums up above the Family of 2. We also notarize a gift deed which states that F.I.L is giving us the money out of free will. The Gift has been fixed. We are doing this process to avoid delays when IRCC eventually responds. Is this too forward?.

I am well within my processing times. I recently just did my biometrics 3 weeks ago, after my AOR on Dec 7th.

Out of anticipation for response to provide the marriage documents, I figured out its best to firstly know my Visa Office. I had sent a mail to Ottawa as someone had advised here, and i got a response that my document is not in their office. I also then sent to Accra, but no concrete reply, and then Hong kong responded saying they had received my Enquiries.

1. How else do one know the VO?
2. Is anyone currently going through same process, maybe same or related timelines?

Gurus in the house, your help is needed.

I appreciate.

It's taking about a month to get a response on webforms nowadays - my personal experience, others' may differ.

The webform responses are sometimes very generic COVID ones, "we are experiencing delays blah blah" without them actually answering the question asked. You could try calling IRCC to find out your VO if you don't get a response to your webform. Use this link......be prepared to try a few times: https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/165#95621929 Or try asking for your Vo again via another webform.

Spouse can do upfront medicals, PCC, passport photos etc. now......not too early, in my opinion.

Gift deed being ready now is not also an issue, in my opinion.

See these links for some other things that IRCC may request when you add spouse.....you may want to start getting them ready now cc Sulee23:

Please am I on the right track for those who have / are planning to use ACCA to caim 2 or more

For country of education: Nigeria

Type of Education: Professional Education Qualifications

I think you need to be careful in the part of country of education to avoid requesting for PCC. I think you will need to select Via correspondence somewhere. If you select UK as country only they will ask for police cert. Just take note

Please can someone predict when likely the next draw for FSTP will take place. Also, how long does it take to get PR after the approval of ITA.

Thanks,

Regarding webform , it takes about a month to get a response from them. I sent one January 13th but no reply yet.
To know your VO you just have to call them, won’t be easy but you can try.

You can pay with a Dom account or use a virtual dollar card. To get the virtual dollar card, download barter by flutter wave.

Thanks, checked the portal now and confirmed its 7,500.

Please I also saw option of Electronic transcript. Does it matter that the option is now available on the portal?

donasere:

It’s not student transcript. It’s meant to be an official transcript and its outside Nigeria.
Should cost 5k or so for the transcript and another 9k via Dhl to get it to Wes. UI doesn’t do the online thing.
