If you u are yet to submit your application, pls shine your eye well well o. Go through the document check list, name each file properly before uploading. They are rejecting applications now, no more ADR. Don’t listen to people here telling you ECA and language test is not compulsory. They have rejected people based on this just this month. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Good Afternoon All, I hope the day is ending great? I have been a silent observer of this thread, and a lot of information passed across has been helpful to me. Helpful enough to get me from IELTS to ITA to AOR to Biometrics. Really Thankful. However, I have a few issues. Gurus, anyone, in the house kindly help out. I recently got married last week, and raised a webform on my Registry day, January, 2021, as i had read where someone said it is best to inform IRCC as soon as possible when the marital status changes. I had also initially read that it takes about 5 days for response. However, I am still yet to get a response. Questions: 1. Is this normal?. Have anyone raised a Webform recently gotten a delayed response like me?. 2. My wife had gone to book a date for her Medicals, 2 weeks ago, and she was given 20th of this month. If IRCC doesn't respond before then, would that count as Upfront Medicals?. Hope there are no issues with Upfront Medical result. 3. My POF was initially for single person. However, my father-in-law gave us a wedding gift which sums up above the Family of 2. We also notarize a gift deed which states that F.I.L is giving us the money out of free will. The Gift has been fixed. We are doing this process to avoid delays when IRCC eventually responds. Is this too forward?. I am well within my processing times. I recently just did my biometrics 3 weeks ago, after my AOR on Dec 7th. Out of anticipation for response to provide the marriage documents, I figured out its best to firstly know my Visa Office. I had sent a mail to Ottawa as someone had advised here, and i got a response that my document is not in their office. I also then sent to Accra, but no concrete reply, and then Hong kong responded saying they had received my Enquiries. 1. How else do one know the VO? 2. Is anyone currently going through same process, maybe same or related timelines? Gurus in the house, your help is needed. I appreciate. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

SegunCA001: It's taking about a month to get a response on webforms nowadays - my personal experience, others' may differ. The webform responses are sometimes very generic COVID ones, "we are experiencing delays blah blah" without them actually answering the question asked. You could try calling IRCC to find out your VO if you don't get a response to your webform. Use this link......be prepared to try a few times: https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/165#95621929 Or try asking for your Vo again via another webform. Spouse can do upfront medicals, PCC, passport photos etc. now......not too early, in my opinion. Gift deed being ready now is not also an issue, in my opinion. See these links for some other things that IRCC may request when you add spouse.....you may want to start getting them ready now cc Sulee23: https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/185#95901375 https://www.nairaland.com/5471101/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/102#83775698 https://www.nairaland.com/5471101/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/102#83776023 5 Likes |

I really would like some answers too. My spouse has a date for medicals nextweek. BTW, where u able to attach ur marriage certificate when raising webform? The form hasn't been working for a while to add documents. |

aranymous: I think you need to be careful in the part of country of education to avoid requesting for PCC. I think you will need to select Via correspondence somewhere. If you select UK as country only they will ask for police cert. Just take note |

SegunCA001:Congratulations and happy married life. Regarding webform , it takes about a month to get a response from them. I sent one January 13th but no reply yet. To know your VO you just have to call them, won’t be easy but you can try. |
