Please I have completed my WES evaluation. I did a diploma/foundation and sent both documents to WES. However they evaluated it as a Bachelor's degree (four years). Please how can I change it and get them to evaluate it as 2 degrees. Has anyone successfully done this. |

Hello everyone. Throughout my time in university I lived in school accommodation except for the months where I was on break at home. Would I have to put this down in my personal history as it coincides with my travel history as well. As I’ve already submitted my application would I need an LOE? Thanks In advance |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by Sulee23(f): 6:06pm On Feb 04, 2021 |
wickedbandit: For me, in the address column I filled my school address as my my accomodation address during my school year. During my law school for 1yr, I added the law school address as well in the address column, then ended with my current home address to make a complete timeline. As per, loe, I am not sure, let others weigh in, I personally think it shouldn't be an issue sha. Most of my travel history was during ASUU strike and work, it carried my home address. So if the loe will make u sleep well, raise the cse. 2 Likes 1 Share |

xyxy06:You should declare ALL visa refusals when submitting your application. Also I am not sure if according to your narration you have children or not ...again, aren’t they dependents in your application? Or if you are referring to your siblings, they should be listed under family information. Anyway, what’s your AOR? And which documents are you gathering? Is this a past/present issue or you are preparing for the future? |

Hello MissMa01 thanks for replying i plan on declaring all my visa refusal but what am actually asking is If i declare my kids now won’t it raise a red flag because the agent did apply for me then like I don’t have kids I found out on my gcsm note and for the fake stamp on my old passport I don’t plan on listing that country on my travel history though I didn’t use it on previous canada visa application it only on my usa visa application but my fear now is that I don’t know if they canada and usa share applicant information. xyxy06:Your children should be listed in your application. List all your visa refusals, visas and markings on the passport. The truth shall set you free!! 1 Like 1 Share |

xyxy06: To be honest with you, your situation is dire. I don’t think you can go through with Express Entry without having issues. You stated that your agent only wrote down 3 of 5 of your siblings. Express entry requires you to fill out a Family Information Form. Will you be including those other 2 siblings now? What happens when either one of those siblings lists you out on their own future applications as a sibling. How do you explain that discrepancy? Forging an immigration stamp is a criminal offense but that’s not even the biggest problem here. Unless you plan on leaving your children in Nigeria, I don’t think your application will be successful. Even if you exclude them from the application and it is successful, what happens when you want to bring them to Canada later? You’ll just magically have grown children that you’ve never listed on an application. What you’ve done amounts to fraud. It’s unfortunate. Another option is to just tell the truth on your application. If asked for explanation, explain in detail what happened. 3 Likes 1 Share |

xyxy06: You’ve made a mistake, don’t flog yourself too much. Before you start your application, consult an immigration lawyer in Canada and share your details. They will advise you on the way forward. This will surely cost some money but it’s better than shooting blindly by yourself and compounding your problems. Good luck. 13 Likes 1 Share |

xyxy06: You can check online, you’d see immigration lawyers with good reviews. If you decide to go ahead with the consultation, don’t reveal a lot of personally identifiable information, in that way you can walk back if you change your mind about retaining the services of an immigration lawyer. |

xyxy06: You’d have to rely on your discretion to choose the best approach. A lawyer will probably advise on your chances and maybe help you with drafting a detailed letter of explanation to be included in your application. |

Good evening, Please for those who were asked to redo Medicals are we to upload any document after the Medicals. There was a form attached to the letter for Medicals but for some reason I didn’t use it and the staff at IOM never asked me for it. Anyone redid Medicals and do you upload anything after or did u give IOM/Qlife any document? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by Gabriel411: 11:45pm On Feb 04, 2021 |
Smmiles:Qlife wouldn't request for the document, just raise a webform and update your profile. What was the reason for the remedicals? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by Smmiles: 11:54pm On Feb 04, 2021 |
No reason. Just one year Medicals expired. They didn’t extend the date for me. Also can’t raise webform cause the details on the form is directed to the medical practitioner to complete and not me. U get? Gabriel411: |

Good day all. Please I'm new on this thread but i need urgent advice. I got a link through a friend for an agent to do canada visa for me. According to the agent, it's going to be a 2yrs multiple entry tourist visa. All things being equal, the visa was supposed to come out december 2020. Started around september and did my biometrics around november. uptill now, the visa is not yet out and the agent is still with my passport and that of others because we're group of 4 persons. Although it hasn't been denied too but the agent keep using the pandemic as an excuse as to why it has not been issued since we're non essential visitors/applicants. I'm kind of becoming impatient and want to try out the express entry program on my own with the help of this thread. My question is that will that be possible and advisable considering the fact that i still have a pending application. what do you advice i do? Do i have other options and has anyone had this kind of complication? I'm 28yrs, female, single and have more than 4yrs work experience(not related to my course of study) in a private company. But i did my industrial training at Nigerian breweries(related to my course) I Studied biochemistry. A good reply would be appreciated as i don't want to complicate my issue further. thanks 1 Like 1 Share |
