Oga there is nothing spiritual about your problem. You have sleep apnea. It causes terrible breathing problems including stopping of breathing when you're sleeping. All the classic symptoms being very loud snoring and terrible nightmares are there.

You need to get to a hospital as soon as possible. That disease can kill you if you're not careful.

You might be suffering from sleep apnea. That explains the loud snoring. Then the poor sleeping pattern and the nightmare is as a result of your mind over working.

I suffered from a similar experience and ran to different churches for deliverance. The nightmare finally stopped but the apnea and snoring was treated medically. Go and do a sleep analysis test first.

Start meditation and Imagine yourself engulfed in the light of the sun. Do this every night before you sleep and you will be fine.

Visit a clinic. Nobody's after your life. This kind of thinking is the reason Africa is backward.

About the snoring, you should read on sleeping positions to stop snoring.

Snoring is caused when your head is bent more that the normal angle and your windpipe is partially blocked.

So it's partly hard for air to flow well, hence the snoring.

About the nightmare, sometimes snoring cause nightmares.

So, take care of the snoring and you might stop having nightmares.

Since you snore badly, it means you don't get a good sleep hence the bad dreams.

Its likely medical. Soft tissues in throat blocking airways, inflamed tonsils, blocked nose or perhaps deviated septum, etc causing you to snore badly. It is not good and means your sleep quality at night is very poor. You think you have slept for 7 hours whereas its really only 2 hours or less of proper sleep. Basically Sleep Apnea and causing tiredness/sleepiness during the day. I am not a doctor oh!
