This guy... I don't want to believe you're not smart. Why are you carrying this thing on your head. Except you want to help her, that pregnancy is not yours

Is good to enjoy yourself but always protect yourself to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
My only advice for you is that make sure you do DNA test after delivery. wishing her save delivery.

Sir... as long as you bleeped her without protection which I believe is absolutely irresponsible then you will need to take responsibility until the baby comes out and you do a DNA.... We Yoruba will say that"Iya omo lomo baba omo e" .... The lady is pointing fingers at you... I advise you to man up and do the necessary thing... even if it is an abortion.... 12 weeks can still be successfully removed.

What nonsense is this bayi? Which Yoruba quote you dey give? I'm yoruba and we frown at such blatant lies.

What's the need for DNA when it's so blatantly obvious the babe was already pregnant before he touched her.

I had sex with this Girl on the 24th night of December 2020 and on 30th of same December she told me she was pregnant, she confirmed to me that she last saw her period from November 28th to Dec. 2nd, i was so surprised that early January i took her to the hospital for a proper test which came out positive after that she told me she's not keeping the baby. She took some drugs and told me the pregnancy has gone.

It was last week she called me again that she hasn't still seen her period yet so i told to go for test, two days ago she did test and confirm she was still pregnant so i have to take her for scan yesterday myself, when the scan result came out it was showing 12weeks and five days which when calculated is more than the day of intercourse (24th dec).

Please Experienced person and doctors in the house please i need help coz I'm very confused now.

Even the man the scan told me the baby is not mine.

Below is the scan result

Can it still be aborted successfully?

As a mother with children, I will say that baby may not be yours.
Forget the gestation age cos its calculated from when she last saw her period.
If you had sex with her before 24th December, then it could be yours, but if you're saying you didn't have sex with her from 2nd of December until that 24th December, bros that baby is so not yours.
At 12weeks, the pregnancy can still be terminated safely if you both are not ready for it.

But the physician said since her period ended on the 2nd on dec. that she'll be on free period by 24th having passed ovulation. And that she's not supposed to see any symptoms within six days that'll make her do test

I like the way you finding out now. It will save unecessary cost of paternity test in the nearest future

One more things, she is a potential pertenity fraudster!!!!

Scan result is always within the interval of 2 weeks plus or minus

With the 2 weeks plus or minus, you still won't arrive at any meaningful date that points to the OP. The lady was already a month and some days pregnant before having a top-up from OP.

Takeaway 2 weeks and you still have 2 weeks remainder.

From ur story, the pregnancy is not yours.
The average date of ovulation for this lady should have been around dec 12th to around dec 15th. 24th of December is a very safe period for intercourse without contraception.

She was pregnant before u both had coitus.

She better goes back to who she slept with before meeting u. Threaten her with what you would do to her if you end up doing DNA test on the baby.

This is my field.
Peace.

Why are you confused actually?
It's obviously obvious you are not responsible for the pregnancy.

Why are you getting worked up over someone else's pregnancy?

I'd advise you abort the mission of abortion and tell her to take the belle to the rightful owner.

That is wrong Sir.

After her discharge/period, she has only 14 days of "safe period" but to be on a safe, I give people 10 days because of the differences in individuals.

A full circle is 28 days: 14 days of free womb plus 7 days of ovulation and 7days plus or minus of discharges gives you 28 days.

So if she finished her menstruation on the 2and, we assume that, on or before 16th of December, she had a mature egg/ova ready for fertilization from the Fallopian tube to the ovary. If you slept with her six days later, being 24th or so, according to you, then you would be responsible for fertilization of the egg.

As a fellow rightly pointed out, gestation begins immediately after her period.

So calculate from second of December to 24th of February and you have exactly 12 weeks.

You are the father until DNA proves otherwise. Not all Lab Technicians can actual calculate ovulation periods.

Some women too do not even know it.

Guy if you have slept with her once before the 24th December, that's after her 28th nov period, then you are the owner of that foetus but if you did not touch her after her last period until dec 24th, then not yours
Re: Is This Pregnancy For Me? by dominique(f): 11:32am On Feb 25, 2021
Highly unlikely. After fertilization it takes about 6 days for a fused zygote to get implanted into the uterus. No pregnancy symptoms can be felt during this period. She claimed she got pregnant within a week of sleeping with you, that's too early to detect pregnancy except the test is done in a high tech lab. She's looking for who to pin pregnancy on

The gestation age start counting from the first day of last period not the day of intercourse.

If that's the case, then it's still not up to three months.

It's just a little above two months. November 28th till February 28th should approach 3 months.

that is via manual calculation by LMP not ultrasound....early ultrasound in this case gives you the ideal Gestational age which starts counting from the day fertilization occur/ formation of zygote

If you were as careful and calculative as you are now when you wanted to mount that lady, you would've saved yourself all these stress.
So, take responsibility of the pregnancy. You can confirm weda it is ur or not later 2ru DNA test.

If her last period was 28th November. And you had sex December 24th it's very unlikely that this is your baby.

A cycle start date of 28th November implies that she'd be well on her fringes of her luteal phase on the 24th of December. At this point, ovulation has already happened and there's technically very low chances of her taking in.

The caveat is that menstrual cycles can decide to be atypical at any point in time. So, why the chances are low, there's still a possibility.

But on surface level, this is most likely not your baby. I would be conduct a paternity test if I were in your shoes.

For now the woman word is over his own... there is no lie... she is the woman and if she said the op is the father then he(op) will be the father until he can successfully prove he is not... and that test results still does not amount to anything...

That is actually not possible ma'am.
Being that her last discharge ended on the 2nd. After the discharge, the is a window period called the "safe time" The egg or ova is not automatically ready for fertilization immediately after discharges. It takes two weeks. But in some cases between 10 to 15 days.

So if her last discharge was on the 2nd, and at least 10 days to that time, it gives you minimum of 12th to 16th of that month for another egg to be ready for fertilization.

It is NEVER possible for her to be pregnant two weeks before the 24th of same month.

There is a reason why the OP cannot just japa.
OP, I am guessing the girl is below 18 and so if she mentions you for any reason (even if you are not responsible), you will still get into problem for sleeping with a minor. In this situation you just need to keep things quite.
The girl knows and wants op to settle the issue for her.
I may be wrong though.
