One of the best advice...If it reaches Ahmed Isah, just know that the APL will be released because he will really speak in a painful way that will prompt NNPC.

You are right. This is a perfect approach. I strongly believe that they will act fast once Ahmed ISA comes on air regarding this issue.

The pressure of AHMED ISAH can be unbearable many times... If he takes it up, NNPC won't find it funny He is the strongest human rights activist in Nigeria, and his speech is heard by many, and are missiles....
If we can reach him, we have almost won this battle....

I saw some comments on a recent nnpc tweet where some contract staffs were begging the GMD with regards their conversion to full staff..I think it's also related to the EH situation because many of them applied as well and they said so...so I'm guessing theirs is still on hold as well...why is the GMD doing this...its not fair...

Whether good or bad the end is surely here.

My source(After confirming from his HR contact who is not willing to disclose too much) is still very positive that Experienced hire will soon be contacted.
The Corporation needs your Expertise. With pressure from the NNPC unions, Some Contract staff may be employed as well but this will not change the initial number targeted for EH. He could not however categorically confirm the reason for the delays.
By next month or so, there will be Advertisement for recruitment of lower cadre; SSCE and OND.
