I wonder why some end-users ask you to call even after explaining how a transaction would be processed.

Imagine calling one this evening after he had asked me to call only to be told that he wasn't interested in a domain name and doesn't want to buy anything from me.

Another one about two weeks ago ask if I could come to his office when I called (with a U.S. number) so that we could discuss a low $$$ sale. Baba was in Canada and said he only dealt with locals. I explained how such transactions are usually processed online, story. (:
