In many countries a Nurse can never ever sign a death certificate. A Physiotherapist can never perform surgery and many drugs are restricted for Physiotherapist administering.

In the UK a Nurse earns 18000 pounds for a start and then move upwards after many years of practice to 35000 pounds per year. A Medical doctor earns 25000-28000 thousand pounds per year and move up to 750000 pounds over the years.
