majour: Hello guys,
Please ive bin on the internet all day yesterday searching for this information never knew it was on nairaland. I want to do my MSc programme with the university of Witwatersrand Johannesburg, an MSc in biochemistry and cell biology, I have a second class lower degree from the university of Ilorin and wud love to know if anyone has an idea of what my chances are and the steps to follow, please the money isn't an issue I just need the right steps to follow and will appreciate if my brothers and sister here put me through, thank you and God bless 1. Your chances are good if you can finance your MSc programme without a recourse to South African government 2. Go to Univ of Witwatersrand homepage ( www.wits.ac.za) for info on admission procedures as an International student 3. I know you would have to apply for SAQA (South African Qualification Authority) for evaluation of foreign qualification. The SAQA certificate is a prerequisite for admission in ALL South African universities. Check SAQA homepage for further info. 4. You can facilitate your chance of securing admission if you know a Nigerian studying in Wits. He or she can run errand for you with payment for SAQA, online application payment at Wits and other expenses. 5. You can also contact a PG coordinator in Biochemistry Dept at Wits for further info. Good luck |

MVLOX: What if the temporary accreditation it had wen u entered was withdrawn in your final year, will u be allowed to go serve? If your course already had a temporary accreditation when you were admitted into your programme, the purported withdrawal of such status after you are already in the department will not affect you. However, if the accreditation has been withdrawn before you gained admission into the department, it will affect you unless your department is able to regain its status before you graduate and of course it is dicey. |

I am from Ile Ife in Osun state NOT OGUN STATE. I am afraid it will be difficult to locate him with such names unless you know his other names that begins with "Elu", "Awo", "Omi"?
You can also visit IFE OOYE or ILE IFE on Facebook. Ask the Administrator to put his bio data, no harm in trying. Good luck |

Abeymills: Welcome to era of fantastication of d new reform corruption under d chief of staff in corruption himself his excellency mumudu bubuhari it's all zombified That you and I are hearing about it indicates that the man at the helm of affair is a no-noncense person otherwise it would have been swept under the carpet like the previous government. You don't have to like him, it is your right, but please learn to criticize constructively. |
Phones › Re: Why Do People Still Spend Alot Of Money On so called High End Phones by Potch: 10:48am On Apr 03, 2016 |
kYjelly2: k, my first smartphone was an apple iphone 3g and it was beautiful.
I always asked why people would buy such an expensive phone being as most other phones were cheap and worked fine, but then I saw a demo on the apple page about it opening full web pages and that was it for me.
Nowadays though, all smartphones open web pages, although some more elegantly than others, but all do nonetheless.
So now, years later, I find myself asking again why people would go for expensive devices when other cheaper devices exist that work fine. In this case though, I'm yet to see a compelling reason as I did the last time, cause it seems all phones are smart nowadays.
I just got an innjoo one droid and it has a 13mp cam, 5inch screen, decent resolution (290ppi), 2Gb ram and a fast processor, all for under 30k.
So what am I missing? I know the iphone 6's and Samsung S's of this world probably have a better build quality from glass to back materials and so on, but beyond build quality, what am I missing? I guess it is less of a necessity, but more of a class and luxury. People define us with what we use, though it can be misleading. Why do we buy expensive cars when cheaper ones can serve the same function? It is the first thing people define us with. |

HABRUZZY: hello house i urgently need your help currently in my final year writing my project i submitted to my supervisor my proposal and under data analysis technique i stated i would be using Chi-square which i am familiar with on getting the correction he stated that only chi square is not applicable what other methods can you suggest for me that could be used in analysing the data i am using primary data as my source of data and my project topic is as follows
EFFECTIVE DISTRIBUTION AS A TOOLS FOR INCREASING SALES VOLUME IN AN ORGANISATION
and the hypothesis to be tested are
Ho Effective distribution on the marketing performance of firms e.g. Nigerian Breweries Plc. has not been effective. Ho Effective distribution strategy does not have any significant impact on profitability of an organization
patiently awaiting your candid advise You can either use multilinear regression or logistic regression analysis depending on the nature of your data-contnous data or categorical data. |

There are two universities in Nigeria, OAU and OTHERS. Who would have believed this architectural masterpiece was built from cocoa products? The same products that built the first TV station in Africa, the first skyscraper in Africa, and the first stadium in Africa. God, bring back the regional government! |

BeeBeeOoh: Fighting corruption up & down, probing rat & grasscutter. Is this the main problem facing Nigeria??.. some should ask Buhari this Are you serious? What is the bane of development in Nigeria if I may ask you? The money meant to build schools, hospitals, roads, economy and secure our borders was converted to personal money by some criminals and you sitting there blaming Buhari. For more than one year, lecturers in both colleges and poly were on strike because of the deplorable state of our Labs and libraries, yet GEJ kept saying there was no money, but we did not know the money was being shared among his co criminals. May the bloods of our fallen soldiers continue to torment them. |
