I beg to differ. A prenuptial agreement is just like every other contract. It is binding and completely enforceable if all rules of making a valid contract are adhered to.

The figures from NCDC situation report and worldometers seem to suggest we have peaked and already on decline. It may still be too early, but it does appear after the peak on April 1st, new cases per day are reducing. Yesterday we had just 6 new cases.

But my Landlord is insisting it expired on 17/03/2020. Which is Eleven months. I have tried explaining to him but he wants to lock me out unless I pay immediately.
