They told me to go to Access Bank, but Access bank gave me proof that the transaction went through, but they still would not give me either my money ot the Noilers. Its not encouraging as i even heard the state ministry of commerce (Kogi Government) now collects ground rent for farmlands in the bush. I was with an estate surveyor whose client was taxed about 10 million ground rent for a 10 hectare farm which was newly bought.
