Can you please share the e-mail for the MP.

Preferable if you have the mail for Ontario but any MP will be fine.

I am in Alberta, but its same format just try and get His or Her name. Find below.

I trust this meets you well, and I hope the city is doing well too. I reside and work with ................................................... I am writing this email in order to seek your help regarding the delayed processing of my sons' visit visa application with IRCC.

My family (spouse and 4 children) applications were submitted to IRCC on (3rd of January 2023), they completed and passed medical exams. My husband’s application and that of 2 other children has been approved since May 4th, 2023. While we have 2 children pending.
On 26th of April 2023, we received a Correspondence Letter for one of them L..................................................... from IRCC and since then, I have not received any further progress on the applications. I tracked the application online, and I observed that it has been approved, and Visa details visible on the online account, however no communication from IRCC on Passport Request.
For the second child ........................................................... have been in limbo as there has been no update on his application. I have contacted IRCC numerous times via webform and email, but my voice and concern were never addressed.
May I kindly seek your help and intervention to investigate and address the issue as soon as possible? This delay and experience have been affecting me psychologically and physically as I have been away from my husband and children for over 12 months. We have not been able to make plans for our family reunion and vacation; as we cannot leave them behind while their dad and siblings come to Canada. Find below details of the applicants.

Kindly advice.
Can we just go to VSF?

Apart from sending mails and webforms, I did a letter to the MP on Friday.

Thanks for your response. I will do that right away.

If they have not responded to your email, go to the web form and select “technical difficulties.” Using “URGENT” in the first line, provide a complete explanation and plead with them to respond to your request. Also, attach a copy of the email you received from IRCC to make your points clear.
Issues of technical glitches are resolved within days if deemed urgent. Do a couple of them.

Good evening, please I am also interested in this case because I had a similar experience.. I applied for SOWP and visit visa for my kids 5years and the other 2years when PPR dropped it dropped only for me and my youngest son but didn't get PPR for my eldest son..

You are not alone. I got my son's Correspondence letter since April 26th. I am tied of sending mails and webforms.

Lol, you probably misunderstood what you read. You’ve to wait for ppr before you can submit your passport. Just give them some time, since you’ve your visa details the rest is smalls.

You just have wait since ppr is in queue. Don’t msg Nairobi, focus on lagos and Abuja, continue sending mails and Webform.

Thanks @emmafe I have been doing that, and I just did again this morning. I read on a thread that someone with the same issue went to VFS Lagos without PPR and was able to submit Passport. Please how true is this? Anyone with such experience here?
