In a normal Country, you will pay millions yearly in property taxes but not in Nigeria where thieves are everywhere claiming to be politicians. angry
That is why it is the Elite that are at the vanguard of the anti- tax war.

The fear of tax alone will not make you dream of a building like this in the UK

Exousiang01:
Fubara is an example of why people don't help people.

You are not smart yet you want to play politico games.

Look at the way Wike is going from Local government to local government and each LG seems to welcome him with open arms.
Politics is local
Aside events I don't think Fubara has visited any local government despite these issues.
Fubara has no grass-root support.

You became governor through Wike, the first thing to do was to build your own grassroot base using Wikes name, then pull out after securing your second term.
You were close to Wike, you know the power he was controlling, you knew that at the local level Wike is boss not you.

This boy didn't read the 48 Laws of Power and he didn't learn anything from the Art of War.

Knows nothing about politics.
I don't think he read up on men like Winston Churchill.

He just goes about talking like a child....

Now Wike has his own issues but Fubara stands to loss the most....

Wike has too much influence in Rivers for the Asiwaju to let him walk away like that.

On the other hand Fubara aside from being the governor has almost no electoral value.

WHEN THE POWER RETURNS TO THE SOUTH IT WILL GO TO THE SOUTH SOUTH
The South Easterner will cry again.

Their leaders understand this but their people don't understand politics.

They only understand the politics of hate
You couldn't have said it better. You only forgot to add the fact that people his age with the same opportunity will not make the stupid mistakes he has made and is still making.

Zero political background and yet you want to stand on your own after six months? A councilor will not even be this stupid.

When was the last time you eat chicken? Because if you do eat it, you will definitely know the price.

A kilo of fresh farm chicken is 4200 wholesale and 4800/5000 retail price.
That was why I said on another thread that some topics being brought up here are a testament to the background of the OP.

For an answer to your initial question, perhaps, he is one of those that eat chicken only during Xmas.

Please for more clarity for how long the bank would assumes the money is unclaimed before transfer it to CBN.
I think the bank's branch. will transfer to their Hq after two years and the Hq transfers to CBN most likely after five years.

I wouldn't know if the policies at the banks. and the CBN has changed now.

The transfer is to prevent illegal debits into the accounts as it was common before.

Fubara himself is not a saint.

It's the same political arrangements that he benefited from that he wants to destroy.

If not for the manipulations and Wike's highhandedness, Fubara can't even win a councillorship election. Even during campaigns in 2022 leading up to the election, he couldn't sell himself, Wike spoke for him all the time.

The only reason why everyone is against Wike is just to let him know that he doesn't own the state. But on this Fubara issue, never take a side
Absolutely!

Most importantly,. he failed to realize the fact that he is not only fortunate but politics is totally for. the politicians and not. just a " Waka pass".

The least intelligent person in his age bracket will not make some of the elementary mistakes he made and is still making.

In the time past, mothers we're praying for their daughters to get and marry good husbands.

These days, mothers are fervently praying for the sons to get and marry good wives.

The trumpeter is warming up.
