Third, it is illogical to think that winning an election in the FCT would solely determine elections from 36 other constituent states even when the FCT is given the full status of a state.

Let me give you two examples. Abiola died in jail. Due to the hurt in the west, the presidency was ceded to them in 1999. No questions asked. Post 2011, North was hurting and burning, they got the presidency in 2015. 2023, SE has the biggest moral claim to the presidency. They didn't get it, yet some people think instead of compensating them, they should be "taught a lesson". Pls. That's not how to run a complex country like Nigeria.
