malvisguy212:Ok. Since you insist on "understand" to be the right translation, what stops it from being applicable to the other verses? The Bible must be the invention either of good men or angels, bad men or devils, or of God. However, it was not written by good men, because good men would not tell lies by saying ‘Thus saith the Lord;’ it was not written by bad men because they would not write about doing good duty, while condemning sin, and themselves to hell; thus, it must be written by divine inspiration. I do not explained this verse for you, but for thoes who you want to deceive.thank you for your time, it is either you find peace with God or you die with this trouble soul, ARE YOU READY?Lol. Ready for what? Do reply my objection up there ^^^ |
malvisguy212:The same greek word is used in both verses and are all translated as "hear". There is no distinction in the original greek words and they are the same. Changing their meaning would only raise an eyebrow. Moreover, the same greek appeared many times in the NT and is being translated as "hear". There is another greek word for "understand" which is also used many times in the NT where the need arose, but not in any of the verses we are considering here. So that route you are trying to take only leads to failure, not reconcilation. ![]() |

And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. Act 26:14 And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man. Act 9:7 And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me. Act 22:9 One verse says that the men fell to the earth, another verse says they stood speechless. One verse says the men heard a voice, another says they didn't. How do you reconcile this? |
First thing I searched for was pictures. As I didn't find any, I didn't bother myself reading the long post. |

One day, the boss, named Harold, changed the computer's password. Then one of his employees, named Ted, came up to him and asked if he changed the password. Harold said, " yes I did change the password Ted." Ted replied " may you tell me?" Harold thought and said, " um.. Ok. The password is in this riddle" The employee said" ok got it. What is the riddle sir?" What is the password? A lady is lying dead with a backpack on, face down in the desert. What happened? Two police walked into a room with no windows and found a dead man who obviously hung himself from the ceiling, though they couldn't figure out how. There was no chair beneath him that he might have jumped off of, or a table. Just a puddle of water. How'd he do it? |

johnydon22:Since the purpose for the flood was to clear away wickedness... He cleared babies and foetus - they were wicked. He cleared animals too - they were wicked. The plants couldn't have survived, so - they were wicked. Boats too weren't available. They probably had been cleared - the Psycho thought they were wicked too. ![]() |

thankyouJesus:Wow. Amazing post. I agree with your idea on the ground of these keywords: These ten degree programs will increase the chances for students to find work quickly in their chosen field after graduation. Opportunities are varied and plentiful in these fields, and while some are more lucrative than others, all offer the chance to excel in one’s chosen field of endeavor. That's a good one. |
KingEbukasBlog:Yh, of course. It's why we (human and non-human animals and plants) are related/similar in some way. There are organs and systems that perform various functions in an animal body... from just one cell?Taking procreation again. Do you know that the complex you started from a single cell in the womb? Evolution could have made sense if there were 4 to 7 species on earth but 10 to 14 million? nahhEvolution took billions of years - about four billions - before reaching this stage. It didn't happen overnight. It took a lot of time as mutation and natural selection took part in the process. Lemme ask you , why do you think the evolution theory is plausibleI think you should be able to get my thought from what I explained above. Besides, evidence from fossils casts away doubt. And evolution is biologically possible, and even a fact in this case. |
KingEbukasBlog:It was your idea of the impossibility of single cell to divide itself into complex form that I objected using procreation. If it can why is evolution not possible? |
johnydon22:Most of those theists are just bunch of ignorant confused beings. If they had taken the time to learn both religion and science they would see the implausibility of reconciling both. Just as their book says, "my people perish for lack of knowledge" ![]() |
KingEbukasBlog:Wasn't that how you started in the womb? |
