The two verse you quote are related with the same meaning. the case is the sense of "being aware but not understanding", whereas the other is in the sense of "you heard it."

The same greek word is used in both verses and are all translated as "hear". There is no distinction in the original greek words and they are the same. Changing their meaning would only raise an eyebrow.

Moreover, the same greek appeared many times in the NT and is being translated as "hear". There is another greek word for "understand" which is also used many times in the NT where the need arose, but not in any of the verses we are considering here. So that route you are trying to take only leads to failure, not reconcilation.

Lets talk about special angle:
1. Sin0 = 0
cos0 = 1
tan0 = 0
2. 30 and 60 degrees
draw equilateral triangle,
label all the angles 60, the sides 2.
Split the triangle into two, one of the angles will be 30 and 30, one of the sides will be 1 and 1. Redraw the triangles by separating the original triangle.
