Properties / Prachpro; A Real Estate Agent Solution To Police Harassment by Prachpro(m): 12:48pm On Nov 02, 2020
A lot has unfolded over the last couple of weeks. The #EndSARS protest was simply an outcry of an oppressed class in Nigeria. The state’s security operatives that swore to protect and serve, became bullies. As players in the Real Estate Tech space, we constantly heard of real estate agents being harassed by members of the SARS unit.

The scenario typically includes a police official going through an agent’s phone, asking the agent what he does for a living(after going through is bank alert notifications), Any attempt to stand his ground and identify himself(herself) as an independent real estate agent is met with accusations of being a fraudster or armed robber.

It is great news that the presidency has scrapped the SARS unit and announced widespread reforms in the police, but to avoid stories, PrachPro has created Nigeria’s first productivity and mobile office app for real estate agents at all levels.

Imagine as a real estate agent, having a digital receipt of all your real estate transactions; Imagine having a portfolio of every real estate deal you have collaborated on with other agents; imagine being able to chat with other realtors and schedule appointments right on your PracchPro app.

To get started, download PrachPro on the iOS store or playstore, and the next time you are being harassed by the Police for your source of livelihood, show them your portfolio and transactions on the Prachpro app on your phone.

November Save an Agent Promo
To support real estate agents across Nigeria Prachpro will verified it’s users who refer 10 real estate agents to the platform from 2nd of November to the 12th of November allowing them enjoy all available features on the Prachpro app.

NYSC / Earn Money From The Real Estate In Your Area Using Prachpro App by Prachpro(m): 11:59am On May 11, 2020
Prachpro offers a range of opportunities to earn an income, either as a full time real estate agent or as a part time endeavor. You don't need to be a real estate agent to start earning from real estate rentals and sales. All you need is a smartphone and the prachpro app.

The first way to earn money on the PrachPro platform is to directly engage in marketing the real estate listings on PrachPro. PrachPro has already done the hard work of collating real estate listing with commissions available for sale or rental. Our well vetted real estate developers have mandated us to offer commission payments to anyone that brings a buyers for their property(ies). All you have to do is continually share the properties from our app on all your social media platforms and through word of mouth. If you are able to refer a potential buyer to the property owner through our app, and the referral leads to a sale, you can potentially earn as high as 12% of the value of the property.

The second way to earn money on our platform is to collaborate with other real estate agents. Real estate agents post urgent client requests, and direct briefs on our app. They are willing to share their agency fee with anybody that brokers the deal. For example an Agent named Olu posts a direct brief of a rental property worth N1,000,000 (one million naira). He has posted on the app and is willing to share his agency fees 50/50 with whoever brings an individual interested in renting. You on the other hand sees this posting and coincidentally have a friend looking for an accommodation that matches Agent Olu’s property. You can collaborate with Agent Olu on the app through our messaging system and set up inspection of the property on the app. Once the deal is finalized, Agent Olu receives his N100,000 fees and credits you with N50,000 according to the agreement.

The third way to earn money on the platform is to sign up as an affiliate marketer. When you sign up as an affiliate marketer you earn N1,000 for every verified user you are able to sign up with your referral code. You can get other perks based on other milestone achieved. These perks vary from cars to all-expense paid trips.

The last way to earn on the platform is to recruit your own army of sellers. You can recruit your downlines by sharing your referral code with them. With your army of downlines in place you can earn a small commission whenever any of your downlines successfully brokers the sale of a “prachprolisting” property.

Start earning today….

Properties / Real Estate Commission Split by Prachpro(m): 9:12am On May 11, 2020
A real estate commission split is the brokerage fee a real estate agent collects for the service of helping a buyer purchase a property or a seller to list and sell a property. Average real estate commission splits traditionally range from 50/50 to 70/30, largely depending on the real estate agency you work for and the market you are working in.

The commission amount will be an agreed upon percentage of the gross commission A commission is typically shared by a number of people. In a typical transaction there is a real estate agent working for the seller and a real estate agent working for the buyer with each of these parties getting a cut of the commission

The share of the commission you receive as a real estate agent is not set in stone. Factors such as size of transaction, and negotiation power of any of the parties involved can affect the commission paid out.

While all real estate commission splits have their positive and negative aspects, it is important to understand clearly how they can work to your advantage, as well as what structure might benefit you moving forward in your career.

Get all the information you need as a Prachpro agent. Get up to 5-15% commission and extra incentive when you make property sale. Sign up today with Prachpro as a real estate agent

4. Avoid Getting Emotional: A good real estate agents should refrain from getting emotional during the real estate negotiation

5. Make Your Offers Face-to-Face: While making an offer on a house via email or a phone call could work, it is better to meet the property seller in person. A face-to-face real estate negotiation will give you a chance to gauge the agent . You will see how they react to your offer (body language and facial reaction) and get an idea of how interested they are. If you cannot meet physically with the seller, consider a video conference.

6.Make a Cash Offer: Most property sellers want to be sure that an offer will actually go through. One of the best ways of showing sellers you are serious is by showing that you can buy the property with cash. It also eliminates the chances that the deal will fail due to lack of financing.

7.Consider a Third Party: if you lack real estate negotiation skills or are likely to get emotional, consider asking a friend or family member to help you. Give them all the information they require and avoid interrupting them during the negotiation process.

Having strong real estate negotiation tactics will enhance the chances of getting a good deal when buying an investment property.
Properties / Re: Seven Negotiation Tips For Real Estates Agents by Prachpro(m): 3:23pm On Apr 21, 2020
2. Know What You Want: Successful real estate negotiation begins by knowing what you are looking for exactly. For example are you looking for single-family homes or multi-family home, should the investment property should be in busy city or an up coming neighborhood

3. Investigate the Real Estate Market: check the sales history for similar properties in the neighborhood over the last six months. Besides the asking price, you should also consider the purchase price of local real estate properties. The asking price is what sellers are looking for, while the purchase price is what the properties are actually sold for. You'll get a good idea of what is going on in the market and whether the properties fit your budget.

Career / Why Building Rapport With Clients Is Important For Real Estate Agents by Prachpro(m): 12:55am On Mar 13, 2020
Working as a real estate agent means working closely with your clients. You talk to them, discuss with them, consult with them, give them advice — everything. But simply doing these things is not enough. When you work in an industry where your goal is to help your client find their dream home, your relationship must go beyond business, beyond real estate: There must be genuine friendship.

1. It establishes trust.
Rapport establishes trust between you and your client. The more you get to know your client, and the more they get to know you, the easier the process. They can trust that you will find the best home for them or that you will find their house the best buyer, and you can trust them to listen to your ideas and advice. With trust bridging you and your client, you can expect a smoother process and certain success in their real estate endeavor.

2. It earns you respect.
Building rapport means you truly care for your clients. You care about their wants, their needs, their priorities and their preferences. These things matter when it comes to something crucial as real estate, and when your client sees that you are not neglecting their opinions and thoughts, they will know they made the right choice by choosing you. By doing this, you can earn not only their trust, but also their respect.

3. It allows you to practice your skills.
Building rapport with clients also gives you the chance to further practice and enhance your skills. You can practice your communication and social skills, marketing strategies and abilities, logic and reasoning, critical thinking and more. It also helps that not all of your current and future clients are the same. By spending time getting to know them, you will have time to adjust and cater to their different personalities and preferences as you help them in their real estate endeavors. clientele, increasing your sales and widening your connections.

4. It boosts your and your client’s confidence.
This can also boost your confidence as a real estate agent. As you continue to build rapport among current and future clients, you continue to use and improve your skills and help them towards a successful real estate transaction. Every piece of satisfactory feedback, every successful real estate process and every grateful client is an achievement and undoubtedly brings more inspiration and confidence to your work.
Additionally, in my years of experience, I have noticed that a good rapport between you and your client gives them confidence that you will never let them down — a sense of security that every home seeker must feel toward their real estate agent.

Building rapport is about more than just sealing a deal with a client. If we do it and practice it right as real estate agents, then this can be our ticket to success — and our ticket to amazing relationships

Business / 7 Tips For Building Relationships As A Real Estate Agent. by Prachpro(m): 11:10am On Mar 05, 2020
The success of your real estate business is entirely dependent on the quality of your business relationships. Lose your clients with mediocre or unethical service and it’s almost impossible to get back on track. The key to your real estate sales success lies in firstly creating and then working hard to keep relationships that go beyond the one-time sale or listing and instead stretch far into the future.

1. Over-communicate and over-service.

The biggest complaint heard from real estate clients is that communication is lacking and sometimes non-existent from their real estate agent. Regular communication is not only best practice; it’s enshrined in real estate legislation. Your clients rely on you to keep them informed about the real estate sale campaign. You must promise regular feedback and progress reports and make sure that you honour your word

2. Become a trusted advisor and resource.

The more value you offer, the more a client will be loyal to you, trust you and refer their family and friends to you. Your newsletters or blogs should be creative, full of market information, articles from property experts, and include content that’s useful and informative. Remember that you want to be recognised for your property and sales expertise and recognised as the area expert, so don’t annoy them with irrelevant news or articles.

3. Be honest. It goes a long way.

Your client relationships will be short-lived if you’re dishonest with the information you pass on; clients will feel they can’t trust you. Clients are informed and they’re smart; they know when they’re being manipulated. Even telling a ‘little white lie’ about why you failed to do something you had promised will damage your reputation. Without a reputation of integrity, you’ll never be able to cultivate the kind of long-term relationships your business depends on.

4. Live up to your guarantee of service — always.

When you say you’re going to do something, your client will believe you and will be disappointed and let down if you don’t deliver. When you commit to doing something and have a deadline, your client will take you at your word. When you betray this trust it’s very hard to get it back. If you offer your clients a relationship based on trust, you will find your clients will stay loyal and won’t waste time looking for someone else.

5. Think of clients as more than just ‘clients’.

A client is more than just a means of generating your income. Treat each client as an individual and take note of their interests and their concerns. The more you can identify with a client as a person, rather than as a chance to make money, the stronger the bond between you will grow.

6. Reward your loyal clients.

Don’t become complacent with your long-term clients. Sometimes agents can become so focused on bringing in new clients and forget those they already have had dealings with. Reward these individuals (or businesses) with exclusive discounts, reward program offers, and the like. Be free with expressions of gratitude and look for new ways to say, ‘Thank you for your valued business.’

7. Always think long-term.

Work hard to satisfy your client’s needs and you’ll have a client for life. You’ll become their preferred real estate agent and they will be a valued source of new and repeat business for many years to come.

Career / There Is Not Such Thing As Failure. by Prachpro(m): 2:01pm On Mar 04, 2020
A Motivational Article Every Real Estate Agent should Read.

As an infant, you learned how to walk by trial and error. The first time you made the effort you fell down and returned to crawling. You ignored your fears about falling and the results you had produced. You stood up again and again and fell again and again. Eventually you stood with a wobble and then another fall. Finally, you walked upright. Suppose as infants we had learned to fear failure. Many of us would still be crawling around on all fours.

It is the same with everything in life. Our nature is to act and produce results without fear. Yet, because, we have been educated to think critically and judgmentally, we imagine strong reasons for inaction and then allow it to become our reality, even before we make an attempt. Our fear is supported by an illusion that it is possible to fail, and that failure means we are worthless.

The reality is that there is no such thing as failure. Whenever we attempt to do something and fail, we end up doing something else. You cannot fail, you can only produce results. Rather than judging some result as a failure, ask "What have I learned about what doesn't work?", "Can this explain something that I didn't set out to explain?","What can I do with these results?", and "What have I discovered that I didn't set out to discover?"

Take the first airplane. On Dec. 8, 1903, Samuel Pierpont Langley, a leading government- funded scientist, launched with much fanfare his flying machine on the Potomac. It plummeted into the river. Nine days later, Orville and Wilbur Wright got the first plane off the ground. Why did these bicycle mechanics succeed when a famous scientist failed? It was because Langley hired experts to execute his theoretical concepts without going a series of trial and errors. Studying the Wrights' diaries, you see that insight and execution are inextricably woven together. Over years, as they solved problems like wing shape and wing warping, they made several mistakes which inspired several adjustments all of which involved a small spark of insight that led to other insights. Their numerous mistakes led to unexpected alternative ways which, in turn, led to the numerous discoveries that made flight possible.

Learn to Fail
When Thomas Edison was seeking to invent the electric light bulb, he had thousands of failures. He would record the results, make adjustments and try again. It took him approximately 10,000 experiments to invent the perfect set-up for the electric light bulb. Once an assistant asked him why he persisted after so many failures. Edison responded by saying he had not failed once. He had learned 10,000 things that didn't work. There was no such thing as a failure in Edison's mind.

If you just look at a zero 0 you see nothing; but if you pick it up and look through it you will see the world. It is the same with failure. If you look at something as failure, you learn nothing; but look at it as your teacher and you will learn the value of knowing what doesn't work, learning something new, and the joy of discovering the unexpected.

Career / Top 3 Marketing Innovations In The Real Estate Industry. by Prachpro(m): 4:56pm On Feb 28, 2020
The real estate industry is built on people and relationships, but new technology and a larger slice of home buyers using it to help them purchase a home has changed the game and it’s not just millennials. If you’re not embracing these three innovations to help you market your services to prospective clients, and market your client’s home to potential buyers, you could be missing out on a huge opportunity.

Virtual Reality.
Buyers and sellers can’t be everywhere at the same time. And, you can’t be either. Coordinating and attending open houses and showings account for a lot of an agent’s time — and time is money.
On top of 360-degree and drone videography, 3D virtual tours are now possible. With virtual reality (VR), a prospective buyer can sit in the living room of your client’s home whenever they want, without them — or you — having to be there in person. Rather than losing out on potential buyers who can’t schedule a showing, you’ll increase your buyer pool — including those in global markets unwilling to physically travel to view the property. You’ll also free up time to take on more clients and provide more marketing for their properties.
Virtual reality is also key for homes or properties still under development. While it may be hard for a client to imagine themselves in an unfurnished home with wall studs showing, VR allows you to craft a tour that gives them a more realistic view of the space when it’s finished. Victual staging is another innovative technology in which your client may be able to present the look of a lived-in home without the hassle or expense of actually moving in staging couches or dining room tables

Target SEO keywords.
Search engine optimization (SEO) is using specific keywords to make your website and other content show up higher in search results. People generally click through to sites higher up in the list, so SEO is important, especially since organic search — or people searching for certain terms — accounts for 95% of all web traffic to most websites. The first position on Google has about a 35% clickthrough rate, so you want your website to appear there and not your competitors.
It’s important to include relevant keywords throughout your website or any online advertising, as this helps search engines drive traffic there and brings your website higher up on a Google results page.
According to a 2018 survey from the National Association of Realtors, for 44% of recent buyers, the first step that they took in the home buying process was to look online at properties for sale. Among buyers who used the internet during their home search, 87% of buyers found photos and 85% found detailed information about properties for sale very useful.
Additionally, many use internets searches and reviews to find an agent with whom to work. SEO allows real estate agents to reach potential clients that may not contact them otherwise. Very few people will type in your exact website address — instead they’ll do a quick Google search to find you. Leads from SEO keywords may also be more likely to close the deal, since you can find out a great deal about a client by their specific home buying or selling search.
You can also pay for Google keywords as a way to appear higher in search results. You’ll be best served by drilling down to your specific expertise when paying for keyword leads — whether this be first time homebuyers, seller trying to avoid foreclosure, or international clients looking for a summer home. By specializing, you’ll set yourself apart from others, especially when it comes to SEO keywords.

AI.
Artificial Intelligence is also a key efficiency tool for real estate professionals. Matching homes on the market to buyers via local MLS systems has been around for some time, but AI brings these efficiencies to the next level.
Within minutes of accepting a new listing, the details of that home can match with great accuracy to a buyer statistically likely to purchase it. Also, rather than having to wade through mounds of paperwork, AI can help agents assess and analyze documentation. This leaves more time for you to focus on handling the transactions and delivering excellent service to your clients.
AI can also be used to scan photos in order to come up with an accurate estimate of a home’s value, discerning granite countertops from Formica or wood floors from carpeted. AI is already being used by companies like Zillow, but it’s clear the technology will continue to impact the future of real estate and streamline the selling process for both home owners and agents.

At heart, time management isn’t really about managing time at all – it’s about managing yourself. We all have the same 24 hours each day, but how well we use them is completely down to us.
The best time management techniques improve the ways you work, help control distractions and lock your concentration. While there are lots of them floating about on the internet, here are the five-time management techniques that make the biggest difference.

1. Be intentional: keep a to-do list
Drawing up a to-do list might not seem like a groundbreaking technique, but it’s one of the most powerful ways to become more productive. The best to-do lists include a variety of tasks: quick and urgent jobs that might be completed in 10 minutes and bigger, operational tasks that are a work in progress. Having a set list of tasks helps keep you intentional about what you work on. It effectively lays out what you must complete – all tasks that pop up outside of it are secondary –and if your mind does wander, a quick glance at your list reminds you of what you should be doing. And of course, keeping a to-do list allows you to enjoy one of life’s unique pleasures: visualizing what you want to achieve, and then striking your way through it.

2. Be prioritized: rank your tasks
If writing a to-do list is the first step towards better time management, prioritising your tasks is the next. It guides you through the day’s activities in order of importance, ensuring that the tasks that matter most are dealt with first. When ranking your tasks, you should always prioritize what’s most important to you. Figure out which tasks and activities are high-value, which will have the most positive effect on you, your work, and your team.
The usefulness of prioritization can’t be overstated – without it, we often end up focusing on work that’s pressing but not actually that important, simply because a deadline is looming. Prioritization is your most effective defence against the lure of urgent-yet-inconsequential tasks.

3. Be focused: manage distractions
Despite our best intentions, we all get distracted. From social notifications to talkative colleagues – and the very human problem of procrastination – actually sitting down and getting things done is almost always harder than it should be. Given that it takes about 23 minutes to refocus after an interruption, the productive cost of our daily distractions quickly adds up. So you need to effectively manage your distractions in order to protect your flow and focus.
While some distractions easy to identify, many people aren’t aware of numerous pressures that fracture their days. One you have identified the source, you can set controls in place so you decide when to let notifications in. Common culprits like email, meetings and Slack can be effectively managed with the help of a clear communication framework.

4. Be structured: time block your work
A structured schedule is crucial for actually delivering what you set yourself. It helps you protect space for your work and sets a healthy pressure to actually complete it. Time blocking is one of the most productive ways of doing this, as it prevents one task from overtaking your entire day and stops you from multi-tasking.
Many of us juggle multiple jobs at the same time, believing we’ll get more done, but in fact the opposite is true; we are most productive when we focus on one thing at a time. Time blocking is essentially a thoughtful approach to dividing attention across all your work. Set aside small periods of time for admin-style tasks like email, scheduling and returning calls, and larger periods for more detailed, in-depth or analytical work

5. Be self-aware: track your time
Ultimately, you can’t improve how you use your time, without understanding how you actually use it in the first place. Tracking your time is elementary here – it provides the insight and self-awareness to make effective changes, surfacing hidden time drains, highlighting inefficient processes and laying out your productive patterns.

Family / Re: N100,000: How would You Share This Between Your Parents? by Prachpro(m): 10:10am On Feb 26, 2020
I will give my mom 40k and my dad 60k. Because, my dad is wise at spending.
englishmart:
If you were to share 100k between your parents, how much will each get? And why?

Me, I will give mom 70k and 30k to dad. Reason is, Mom needs a little more love for her enormous sacrifices. Woman has starved and done a lot of strenuous jobs to keep us going
Career / Successful Bedtime Routine For Real Estate Agents. by Prachpro(m): 4:41pm On Feb 19, 2020
As a real estate agent, your odds of achieving a good night’s sleep were set long before your head ever hit the pillow. Stress and anxiety are the cause for many sleepless nights. Seven in ten adults experience daily tension, which is a source of the nighttime sleep problems. By following a relaxing bedtime routine that lowers your stress and anxiety levels, you can sleep easier. Nightly rituals such as meditation, deep breathing, and taking a warm bath can all help. Creating a pre-bed routine doesn’t require a huge time commitment, but it does mean being consistent with the schedule you set. Many of these nightly rituals, like meditation, work best when performed regularly.

Meditate:
Meditation takes many forms, but the end goal is the same: To quiet the mind and allow the body to relax. There is no right or wrong way to meditate. To try it for the first time, lie on your back in bed and picture your passing thoughts as clouds in the sky. Rather than think too much about them, just watch the thoughts roll by and move on to watching the next set.
Breathe Deeply:
Breathing exercises often go hand in hand with meditation, though they can also be effective at promoting sleep on their own. As you inhale and exhale slowly and fully, close your eyes and visualize the air moving through your body. Concentrate on making each breath flow smoothly. Set a target to count to 10 as you breathe in, and 10 again as you breathe out. The goal is to focus solely on your breathing, letting go of other thoughts as you work to find a steady rhythm of airflow.

Take a Warm Bath:
Better yet, take one with lavender—the soothing scent promotes quality sleep. The warm water may help relax tight muscles and ease tension, making it easier to drift off. Equally importantly, baths are an age-old stress reliever, providing a mental as well as physical remedy for feeling anxious and overwhelmed.

Darken Your Room:
It’s logical that you want a dark room during sleep. But it’s helpful to reduce the brightness of the room in the hour leading up to bedtime as well. Darkness triggers the release of the sleep hormone melatonin and is also a necessary factor in maintaining a healthy circadian rhythm. Beginning about an hour before bedtime, dim the lights in your bedroom or living room (wherever you may be) and turn off overhead lights so that you are reading or relaxing with just a soft, localized light. Stow away cellphones and other smart devices as their blue light interferes with sleep.
Adjust the Thermostat:
Bedtime routines are about more than self-relaxation, of course. Preparing the room to be sleep-friendly is key as well. Your thermostat’s setting matters more than you might think: Pick a cool setting between 60 to 65 degree Fahrenheit which is cooler than you prefer during the day. A cool room helps you go to sleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Properties / Re: Your Lawyer Is not a Surveyor! by Prachpro(m): 1:34pm On Feb 17, 2020
I agree with you. The job of a lawyer when buying a land is totally different the job of a surveyor.
I suggest one has to know this two difference before even buying a land.
drewe20:
Over the years, I have observed something in the real estate industry. A lot of clients believe that their lawyer knows everything about property acquisition. This is not right. The fact that your friend is a lawyer does not mean that he is a real estate lawyer. Not all lawyers are skilled in real estate matters. Lawyers have specialties. Your friend can be an intellectual property lawyer, an energy sector lawyer, a maritime sector lawyer, etc. He may know very little about real estate business.

Nowadays clients put a lot of burden on lawyers. A client wants to know something about a survey plan, he calls his lawyer instead of a registered surveyor. Was it a lawyer that prepared the survey plan? He wants to know if a parcel of land is free from government acquisition, he calls his lawyer. Was it a lawyer that mapped out the boundary of the government acquired land? He wants to know how much a survey cost, he calls his lawyer!
I believe it is impossible to carry out a legal real estate transaction without the input of a lawyer but the lawyer does not do everything. He has his roles to play and the registered surveyor has his roles as well.
Dear client, allow them do their work.
Your lawyer is NOT a surveyor!

Career / Personal Skills Needed For A Real Estate Career. by Prachpro(m): 11:11am On Feb 17, 2020
Real estate is very much an interpersonal field, which requires certain personality traits that build trust and form relationships with your clients. A quick self-evaluation can help you identify which necessary skills for being a realtor are skills you already have, and that can help you succeed.

Self-Motivation and Persistence: Since your income relies on commissions from the properties you sell, your paycheck is never guaranteed. If you want to work in the field, you need self-motivation to keep working hard even when you're just beginning or when sales are down. Top-producing agents track down all possible leads to get as many sales as possible. They work strategically, figuring out which strategies work best for them personally and implementing those strategies consistently. They stay current on the local market and adjust strategies as needed to fit into that market. These types of advanced skills help you stay competitive.

Problem Solving and Resourcefulness:
Some homes sell themselves. Others require a little more creativity to sell. Likewise, buyers may have unrealistic expectations or situations that make it tricky to find a home. If you're a problem solver, you may be good at handling the many difficult situations that arise when buying and selling properties. A big part of this is having strong negotiation skills. Say your client loves a house that needs a little TLC, but the budget doesn't allow for extensive renovations. You may be able to negotiate an allowance toward some of the renovations or a lower selling price to make it work.

Communication Skills:
Active listening is a huge part of communication. You need to listen to your clients to find out exactly what they want. You also need to listen to what they're not saying through their body language. You might notice that a client seems nervous when talking about the negotiating an offer on the house or financing the home. This may show that the client is unsure about those aspects or is worried the deal won't go through. You can ease those worries if you recognize them. Asking questions to build off what your clients say is also important. If you ignore what they say or make assumptions about what they want, you're less likely to satisfy their needs. Show your clients that you're listening by maintaining eye contact and letting them complete their thoughts without interrupting them. Repeating what they say to make sure you understand is another effective strategy. Another aspect of communication is tailoring how you interact with different people. Different types of clients might demand different types of communication.
