I have said this before: Winning a prop firm account is to first win them based on their model presenting itself as edge and getting maximum value for your money, check their Overall DD and Target: 15% and 8%; these beat all other prop firms.

In my opinion I think you're missing the point, the aim here isn't to use the DXY for trade entry but as a confirmational tool in determining a directional bias. for example, let's say you trade one of the xxxusd pairs, since the DXY represents the dollar, you would want to trade in an environment where the DXY may be moving higher while the xxxusd moves lower and vice versa. but in a scenario where both the DXY and the xxxusd are moving in the same direction it could definitely lead to a choppy or range bound environment or some sort of manipulation maybe taking place although it doesn't happen often. I personally analyse on the HTF and I want to see it in opposite direction with gold, but there are times that both gold and the DXY moved in same direction. this was caused due to geopolitical tension, you can check your charts to how price moved in the same direction on both gold and the DXY after Hamas attacked Israel, the same can also be seen when Russia invade Ukraine in Feb 2022. I hope you find it insightful

I want to backtest some chart patterns on the 1H and 4H timeframe on EU,UJ ,Nasdaq and gold from 2020-2023.(eventually when I started trading).
I have been trading them since when I started out but I've never backtested them although they've proven to be quite profitable for me.i want to make some little modifications and gain some data on the strategy so as to know how efficiently they work overtime.
I have the app but I would use the website.I want to setup a demo account which I will use to trade the past data on these pairs,test the strategies,gain an insight on how frequently they appear on those timeframe,at what conditions they mostly win and so many more.

I would really appreciate it if you can guide me through.Besides, your performance on that account really really impressed me.i would really love to know what strategy you use,your pairs,your RRR and your trade frequency per week/month.Thanks.

We'll I trade 3 pairs
Gold Gbpusd And AudJpy, sometimes I trade other pairs if i get signals from the group I belong to.


I use replay tool on H1, when price gets to my poi, I drop to M5 to look for sweep and shift in market structure. That's basically it.
I document manually in my journal

They have insta, the promo was just for 24hrs, but extended another 12hrs after many people pleaded.

I got it because I prefer this to BOGO, with BOGO - you only get the 2nd account after you eventually pass the 1st which doesn't make sense to me
