Inasmuch as both parties are to be blamed, I think it's up to the men to put a stop to it. If they all agree to stop patronising them (which will NEVER happen), they will go out of business.

This doesn't make sense to anyone even without an inkling of logicality. How can the Barton of responsibility to abort prostitution rest solely on men, the patrons/customers ?

It didn't occur to you that the sole reason girls glide into it in the first place is for their own selfish desires and avaricious lust to amass coins for survival due to laziness and hence can't engage in a more honourable labouring endeavor? Don't even give me such atrocious lie that they do it because men demand it, surely I don't wanna believe our women are that daft and have fallen off the rationality ladder.

We all know naturally women lack altruism, women are more selfish, they don't care. Men care more ,so women couldn't be doing men a favour selling themselves cheaply to men. When favor is discussed it is men the patrons doing women a favor by patronising them. What i see here is same ol needless gender squabbles women portray and failing to take responsibility for their own faulty actions.

If you ask me in ascribing blame. I think it's a 80℅ for women and 20% for men. Just like a drug peddler peddling cocaine, the crime fighting authorities gets him arrested first to wade off customers. In like manner, if prostitution were to be a crime,then I don't think the authorities would arrest men,the patrons of prostitution. Gift can be something immaterial or intangible. In the context of this scenerio,the gift here is the "engagement/proposal. The "ring" is just a physical symbolism or essence of the true gift(the engagement). And the ring is preceded with an intent, and the intent of it is the engagement/proposal.

Instead of beating around in circles, why not return the essence of the gift(ring),when you truly don't want the gift(engagement) ? By the virtue standards of all things being equal, it is expected to be returned.

At least that is what a morally classy woman without greed would do.

You can imagine what I went through in the hands of the average Nigerian girl. I am good looking,intelligent,witty,savy,confident and street smart too but it took me donkey years to have a girlfriend yet I had friends(girls) lol

Don't let anyone here fool you or make you think the issue must be with you. You could just have been meeting the wrong set of girls. On an average, Nigerian girls are somewhat timid,insecure with terrible low self esteem.

They say all sorts of things like they want a confident, intelligent,firm kinda guy bla bla bla but really can't get themselves to handle such men in reality.

Men with seemingly high profile, would most certainly make many of them uncomfortable such that they wouldn't get themselves to relate spontaneously with. On the flip side some of them exude a different disposition as raising their thin standard to an imaginary artificial height just to give an impression that you aren't up to them still hence can't date you.
