There's nothing like 2nd list.. Tho some high officials would retire by March but that does not mean there would be open recruitment or 2nd list for anyone to replace them.. It will be an in-house selection process and as well man know man package..

Everything just tire person. Now if Sarki decides to manipulate the list by adding his own candidates, when the list finally gets to the minister, he will also want to add his own candidates.. Then the merit candidates would be replaced with these manipulations.. Just forget it, this list is for the connected ones.

Philip curve shows as inflation increases unemployment is expected to come down because during inflation pple will av much money to buy few available commodity(increase in demand)and this will tempt producers to produce more commodity to meet up with demand thereby employs more labour(fall in unemployment rate) but in Nigeria,, inflation is skyrocketing, unemployment is following it....

Philip curve has been criticized and termed "untenable frivolous and baseless".. It has been ruled out from economy theory coz it's not realistic
