This letter must be written by the company HR or MD. That's how to improve your purpose for applying for the course. This is what I have used before that works. I come in peace.

Also be ready for the HR or MD to be emailed in case there will be need to prove.

On top of the creativity ,Excluding the most relevants that will destroy the application..it is not ideal to claim a situation you cannot defend

My advise, come prepared if you are coming with family. I agree with you that $1700 will rent you a rural apartment in most of the bigger province but may get you a 3 bedroom in a smaller province.

By the time you calculate 60 and 100$ fruits expenses in a space of a year it will run in thousands.. Lol

I spent 6000$ dollars on enfamil concentrate baby formula for two infants 🚼 in a space of 11 months! 71 dollars each twice a week for 140 dollars! Upto 6000cad in 11 months..

I had stubborn sore throat last week, visit a clinic and doctor prescribed 20 pieces of antibiotics for 54$ directed and picked up at pharmacy near clinic, if not that I have province health card , I would have spent additional 45 dollars for consultation making a total of 99 dollars.

Apartment is cheaper is some places in canada search in grande praire and edmonton and other small province..you will surprised for 3 bedroom apartment!

Plan ahead, check your CRS scores, learn French etc before embarking on study visa. PR after studies is no longer easy like in the past. Many of these people protesting took loans to embark on this journey and cant go back home empty handed.

International students with PGWP and temporary foreign workers with expiring work permits are scrambling for pathways to PR.. CRS scores are high these days..

This is huge expenses you will spend over 40 million naira a year or over 3500 dollars a month for living expenses in canada 🇨🇦 just to bring 3 family members to stay with you without work permit for support and without province health card another expenses getting a health insurance even though some hospital don't recognise health insurance ..

This country is terrible on study permit without a family member on work permit and you have to pay school fees.

I have 5 Schengen visas, one SA, one Turkey, one Kenya and one Ireland visas as part of my travel history.
My POF was N11M and $3k (trip for 11 days)
I submitted ALL relevant docs including my marriage Certificate.
The only Reason for refusal is ‘Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable)’.

I concluded within my myself that these guys have limited number of TRV to be issued.
Whichever way, I will definitely apply for GCMS note and return my application later this year.

Ofcourse Canada government will put a cap on temporary resident arrivals by fall 2024 a plan to reduce Temporary residents in canada by 5% due to pressure in housing...
More restrictions on temporary work permit, visitor visa, study permit which is already capped and permanent resident arrivals which they are doing already...

This is just a Prerequisites program to prepare you for another program in degree or diploma whatever it is in health science related, probably a 1 year program..
But you can't assume that you have completed your studies after this as in getting a degree diploma or certificate.

Seems like all PAL has validity date will expire in January, 21 or 22 ,2025 a year after cap was implemented..
Or when the college uses all the allocations available in this case automatically PAL has expired, it appears that they have used all the allocations..
New qouta or allocation will roll out from January 22nd 2025..
Seems like you'll have to wait till January 2025 for this college..

Please I have a quick question. My brother who has a visit visa has recently gotten admission to school here in Canada while on holidays. He was planning to go back in July. Now that he has gotten an admission he will like to apply from here.

My questions go thus:
1. can he apply from here while on a visit visa as inside canada or outside canada?

2. He only has his full Tuition for the one year program and my wife and I are willing to sponsor him and show the living cost balance from our Canadian joint bank statements.

3. What will I need to provide him if we are to stand as his sponsor?

4. Does he need to open a bank account here since he's around and we transfer the funds in there for him to support his application or bank statements/T4/Employment details from both wife and I will suffice?

Since he we leave Canada 🇨🇦 by july better apply from outside canada 🇨🇦 this will be a plus on his immigration history without overstaying..

Also, i recently applied for a semester break to resume my second semester in September 2024 instead of May 2024, which is already approved and i was issued a leave approval letter from the school.


My question now is that should i include the leave approval letter for semester break in their application or i should not mention it? because i mentioned i needed a semester break due to unexpected marriage conflict in the course of my absence around my family, which has increasingly been difficult for me to concentrate with my studies and this really affecting my mental health.

Can i also state this as their reason to visit me in Canada for duration of 2 weeks?

Note: They were recently refused in January 2024 for SOWP & Study visa for the kids because i didn't included my own bank account and despite that my wife had a sufficient funds in her bank account with the proof of funds.

Actually you are not eligible to work part time or full time in a period of leave as a student...family visit application may be refused as you are not considered a full time student within the period of leave.

She can only switch to LMIA closed work permit if job offer with visit visa.. however by 1st may 2024 Canada government has introduced New rule to restrict LMIA work permits to cap temporary residents arrivals ...and businesses addicted to temporary foreign workers!!
Unless there is no Canadian or PR holder that can do the job...
