I don't support easily branding someone a scammer, and in this particular case, the said buyer hasn't even done what you're accusing him of doing, he never made any transfer, either real or fake, so he is still innocent and you have no iota of proof whatsoever to brand him a scammer even if he may have potentials of being one.
