What school?. Prodigy Finance listed some new schools last week. Check it out on their website.

You should give Genuine reason why you won’t be going. Why did finances suddenly became a problem when you already proved to the Consulate that you can finance your studies.

Another option is to email your graduate coordinator for funding. Inform them that you have your visa already. They will be able to come up with something if available.

Your visa will not expire until after 2 years. You can enter the US within that timeframe but be sure to have a genuine reason why you won’t enter immediately as this will be a question at the port of entry.

I understand your position here which makes perfect sense. But you didn’t present it well to the VO. If you want a PhD you can apply directly for a PhD. But going for a masters, you should discuss how your masters will prepare you well for a PhD. Focus on discussing your masters not the PhD that you haven’t been admitted for. However, I don’t think this is the cause of the denial. As a normal fellow, I wont be comfortable with how you defended your sponsorship. Refrain from long talks that’s not related to the question, you might be shooting yourself in the leg. Does your uncle have a US account? No!!! The long story about opening an account is not necessary.

Your current job is not a best route to a PhD. You should relate your job to your masters admission and what you intend to do after your masters. Again, PhD is not what you are going for. You should discuss your masters degree and mention how the masters and a masters thesis is going to prepare you for a PhD position

Not six. The school asked to send a statement of account thats is at least issued in the last six month. Not all the entire six month document. Just one of the statement that shows the name of the account owner and the available balance is enough.

Not true. The statement has to be six months dated back. 6 months statement of account is what you need for I-20 and at the embassy. While the school does not scrutinize the documents, the embassy may have to if they found any red flag

This is not True. It is not a red flag to have a sibling who is a resident in the states. Your fiancé or your parent who can in anytime file for you are the red flags. There are several people who have used their sibling’s Statements of accounts as a sponsor and have even told the VO about living with them while in school. Its not a red flag please, you shouldn’t lie to the VO about these things, when they can pull it up and deny you for doing that.

For testing, we use mostly Python and drivers such as chrome drivers and softwares like Selenium(open source), Soap UI e.t.c...

Searching for Jobs in IT? LinkedIn works very well, Twitter as well. I will advice remote jobs with the current situation of Nigeria. Connect with people and search critically for jobs that you meet their minimal requirements. You can also sign up for freelance on Utest, Fiverr and Upwork. My brother does this and helps with Python in GIS(surveying) softwares and data analysis. You can also do the same for testing and code development

Have you applied for a US visa before? Do you have any issue with Ghanaian government. Your session with the consular was good. Taking off the Mask to see you well maybe to match what he/she has seen on the computer is the big deal. But you have to try again to be sure about what’s going on....

Yeah uploading is fast but because it cuts a lot due to nework having to upload a 1gb dataset every time just took the fun out of it lol.

Was trying to work on an image generation project(GAN).

Just upload once to Google drive and mount it on collab. There are some JavaScript cheat than can keep your colab runtime running for as long as you want.

My desktop has been on no sleep, no turn off for over 1 month now. I train for over 10hours and collab does not restart my runtime for non interaction. I’m a paid user and my internet is top notch Ethernet connection.
