Nne the vigil over real oooo as in eh. I don't know if my baby dey do am intentionally whalai. During the day if i give her breast to suck she just suck small and sleep fake sleep ooo when you wan drop am for hee bed she just open her eyes and start screaming not crying.
Mumsie gave her formula 120ml at 9pm she finish am ooo. Aunty sleep na, for where she just dey look. I say ok make i sleep since you never dey sleep, the babe begin cry ooo i had to lie her beside me and give her breast so that i can sleep too cos if i sit up to breast feed her, she fit fall from my hand and i don't want that. Na my nipple the babe hold for hwr mouth from 9pm to 1:30am. If i remove the nipple see shout. Now she's awake again crying for my breast.

@Preeteejoe mh doctor said the more you give her to suck the more breast milk flow. My flow is better than before and baby is still on aptamil. If you have big boobs like mine lactating is not easy compared to small boobs. Drink more warm water, take pap, rest and make baby to suck the breast. You will see change. My baby sucks at night so i give my breast at from 10pm till 2am, aptamil then from 4am to 10am na breast. And i give her breast first when she's not satisfied i give her aptamil. The more she sucks the breast, the more milk production

I'm Fyn. Been having off and on contractions for days now. Drank zobo, eaten pineapples yet this baby is taking its sweet time. I'm officially tired can't wait to offload. It will surely end in praise.

Most of us have our Edd towards June ending sha I think that's why the house has been silent. But I want to believe that before the end of this week and by next week there should be several BA.

I gave birth to my beautiful girl on the 18th June,2019. Glory to God.
My story is that God is wonderful. I salute all women going through labor pain. It is not easy Biko. Three gbosa for una.

I started having contraction on 17th evening and in the next morning, my husband timed it to be 8min apart. I just told him to go to work that I would be okay. I bathe my DD, made food for her and I was still feeling fly.
Fast forward to 1pm, I downloaded the contraction timing app to be sure. It was then I realized that my contraction has been between 4min to 5min apart. At this time, I have started seeing stars. I called hubby to come but I checked map and I saw that he won’t get to me until 2hrs later. I just booked uber and the man was speaking gibberish, I just told him guy if you want to decline , Biko decline I am in labor.

To cut the long Tory short, I arrived hospital and my doctor was laughing at me that shebi we saw yesterday for checkup and he told me he gave me anointing to birth. I laughed. He checked and he said I am 6cm gone but with the pain and the way I was shouting when he was checking me, he just recommended epidural. Come and see me shouting “Where is the epidural man ohh” The pain is out of these world mama. The anesthesiologists came and administer and I felt a little bit relieved. Although I still feel pain when contracting because I was in active labor so the epidural just numb the area that’s needed.

Got to hospital 3 and I delivered my baby girl 3hrs later with no tears. Isn’t God great. June cappo, BS submitted. Signing out till when I am ready to nurture another tiny human being.

Try lots of warm drinks, warm bath and keep yourself hydrated. Steam inhalation too help clear the airway...

You can put honey in the warm water if you have and ensure you are probed up while sleeping(try not to to sleep flat) .

Is the cough producing any coloured secretions??

If your mucous isn't green or yellow, just clear or white, then an antibiotic isn't going to do anything because it's viral and it will run it course but that been said you need a lot of water, warm bath and rest as much as you can..
Support your back with pillows so you don’t lie flat, you sleep probed up , it helps with the airway..

If the mucous is coloured , kindly see your doctor for prescription.. say no to self medication...

Good evening, so happy to join this thread, I have really learnt a lot here, I am 21weeks Preggy with twins (gender not yet known) but I swear, the journey is far stressful compared to my first singleton pregnancy.

Good morning sisters,

I'm anxious how this birthing process will be; the onset of labour, main contraction and pushing and all. When I asked a nurse at the hospital how to knw contraction has started, she said it's like senior brother menses pain and that got me most confuse because I don't have pain nor are cramp neither back pain just slight headache and heavy flow. The pushing that they will ask one to do nkor? How is DAT one done ?

Going to clinic today they must make me understand because I want to learn how to shot on training ground and not in the battle field.

It will be swift&safe for us all. Amen.









What I do is watch videos on youtube although some are always scaring but just to learn so I won't look as a novice that day even though I never do anyone before

May Mamas make una no worry Baba God don sign say na all supernatural, sharp sharp delivery una go do..
But mamas wey dey fear tear abeg reduce your carbs as your cappo don suggest ooo cos any weight gain na, na your baby body e dey enter ooo. Make our lo head no big pass weight your jaijaina no fit carry, na tear be that oooo.abeg oooo.

Replace carbs with protein, vegetables. Fruits etc. You no need to eat plenty like that this last weeks oooo
